I’m happy that I found this video just now. I always wonder what the differences are between crit chance and crit damage. Is it better to use crit chance mods, or damage mods? Playing the division in 2024!

I suppose you need a healthy balance that considers the upper limit of both stats.

#Question: So you're saying that if you run with a group then you can slightly focus on critical hit chance but if you run solo most of the time then run about critical hit damage?

#Answer: You always want a balance between both. One's not great without the other.

So if I stack crit hit damage on pulse instead of the crit hit chance on my 9000 firearms build on a sniper build.

+mitchell tunberg before you do anything, check how much crit chc you have, how much your pulse gives. If you have more than 50% chc combined your set. Then you can stack dmg.

Masterminds HD around 14% pulse and weapons sometimes around 15 to 25%.

Masterminds HD yea I'm using the crit pulse for modifiers. I don't know if bolt action sniper is meant for more armor penetrating or more crit chances.

I thought the highest you can get for Crit hit Damage was 19% on Firearm mods. How do I get to the 20.5%?

i dont get the pulse cap, i know that my pulse (403k skp) ((charged to 530k skp)) hits 50%+ at chc and chd

so i go full elek : 4 piece tac, golden bagpack (full health 15%skp) and the golden overheal chest. non charged im on 46,8% chc & chd ( recon pack pulse) my mods r on chd (8%+) (tactical scanner - 40.1% chc 51.5% chd gonna charge me now...

have a mistake in my tactical scanner but nvm so when im charged (weapon talent & tac bonus) 545485 Recon pulse = 57% chc&chd tactical scanner = 48.8% chc 65.1chd

You have to read the 1.7 and 1.8 patch notes if there have been any changes

+B4mbino 40% is the max chance for the pulse, so thats not strange. Why you have more than 125 you tell me. I cant look into your build and see what I've missed. Please tell me.

Be clear in what you mean. Are you talking about levels of world tier? We tried creating a new character, but found it very boring. Lower world tier just means less loot and less challenge. Doesn't seem so appealing.
