U know that when u swap to intimidate and spotter chest without changing ur coyote mask, ur crit chance was lower so u wasnt critting as much. U shouldve swap the mask to cheskaand try those again
@@itemp7ationx950 it doesn't matter 10% chance won't increase my crit damage which will effect the numbers. AS long as i have same CHD my numbers will be same which is lower than Heartbreaker chest.
That intimidate nerf really hurts. I will say that I do run it with the lower rpm shotguns like the Scorpio or six 12 as they don't stack as fast. You can have your intimidate proc'd almost full time. Plus you can run another damage dealing backpack with them now since you don't need adrenaline rush to give bonus armor any more. Makes the damage closer to using the chest at 100 stacks but the chest is still much stronger. Opens you up to run some fun galvanize builds though for buffing the team. Love the testing videos

That tells you how much the devs understand what they are implementing in this game !! Maybe it’s on purpose too make us think out of the box 📦 but common…if they nerf this it’s done for me !

Can you show solo gameplay? Coz your Legendary gameplay shows Future Healer with Opportunistic. I just wanted to see how's the damage without Future Heal or Opportunistic but not on shooting range. 😉 🙏
I wanted to but I had so much gameplay that I was overwhelmed so while making the video I thought I will add a control point gameplay at the end and I thought I did but after finishing the video I realized I forgot 😔
What are the best talents to use on the heartbresker gearset? Guns. Been using the memento backpack and fox knee pads and the rest heartbreaker. Or should I use a different chest piece and backpack. Thought about using a fenris backpack. Any advice would be awesome! Anything to improve my heartbreaker build.
Heartbreaker chest gives you more damage than any talent on a high end chest so must use heartbreaker chest. However, if you have problem building up stacks and keeping it you can use a different chest. And for backpack you can use Heartbreaker to build up stack quickly or use a Groupo for more crit dmg and use talents like vigilance, companion(which i use), composer etc. If you want to use shotgun then use opportunistic talent on backpack. But I think most people just use vigilance but I personally hate it because taking shot losses the damage for 4secs( 3 secs if using The Gift) and I don't like losing that 25% damage for that long. If you use high end chest I would suggest try Obliterate and spotter see which ones higher. For close range intimidate still great.
Tried an all red build with memento, that darn heartbreaker buff didn't show up until I switch out for 4 blue cores (excluding memento), then when I relogged it worked again. And oh boy how it worked. Then all of a sudden next encounter, buff disappeared and I went * splat *. Things are buggy atm, between crashes, heartbreaker stacks not working, pulse not pulsing, proficiency toilet not giving credit for more than 1 item when "donating all trash", login queue (!!!), have to abort your normal play to go back and visit the proficiency toilet on a regular basis, and ofc playing in a group is just horrible when you run into the previous issues - it just gets magnified ( 4 ppl with random crashes, 4 ppl with bugged talents, 4 ppl needing to take breaks to empty inventory). Great build, but the game is borderline unplayable atm. Sorry for venting but I'm a few levels above "annoyed" right now tried countdown yesterday but gave up because we couldn't keep everyone ingame for the whole duration.
Game is crashing like crazy I was in legendary mission melting the NPCs was so happy and thought that I'm getting good footages but then boom crashed...!
I've found that if the Heartbreaker buff stops working, swap a piece out to break the 4-piece bonus, then immediately swap it back in. Has fixed it every time for me so far.
How do you toggle between 3rd person and scoped in? I know it’s only with specific scopes but I cannot for the life of me figure it out and the internet just keeps telling me no you cant
Great video. This gear set is insane. Im sure they will nerf it sadly. Had a run in countdown with a blue core attribut still and with some group buffs i made 3.6mio crits. I was like WTF... that set melts everything and is love to play.
I would recommend coyote and grupo backpack with vig or fenris backpack. Test it with police m4 and or kingbreaker. Those are the 2 top guns when it comes to dps with Heartbreaker.
Nice build I already have a heartbreaker build but I like seeing what others are running, I really like the all reds but I’m not good enough to have anything under 1.3 my aim is doodoo 😂
I have a friend who is just a casual player and he dies a lot with all reds while me and my other friends keep slapping NPCs. My other friends used to make fun of him but then some people just playing the game for fun and want to enjoy their playtime with their buddies or solo and I get that very well. It takes a lot of hours to learn the mechanics and improve the playstyle. Even I had trouble when I use sniper builds I can barely snipe but after keep playing with it now I can pick decent headshots. In my opinion the more you play with a build the more you learn and get good at it plus not to mention you also learn where to position yourself in a mission. But I still believe you don't need all reds to considered as DPS. Just play the game you feel comfortable with :)
@@chearobinson4436 my main issue with the all red is I’m really not comfortable even after over 1000 hours in the game my aim is really inconsistent (I play on console) not to mention my stick drift 😂😂
i have a question i just come back to division again and i switch to this build from stikers and i realy love it so far when it works however i have 2 problems 1: i cant realy seem to upkeep stacks like i could with striker in this build main weapon kingbreaker, stack weapon rock n roll. gear same. and secondly why cant i mod the body from this gear? cant put mods in or change looks no option to click on
what's your general chc and chd stats total on this? I'm running a variant where you aim for 60% chc, and i'm curious on how it stacks up on your build.
Man I have a couple of Carbine 7 and never used them but I have the police m4. I will change the setup but been trying to play with Heartbreaker and ger used to it also. Put my king breaker up for Heartbreaker lol...
to play only legendary? .... you would have to use at least 2 protection or a friend who is healing you, if your friend does not heal you, your shield does not hold a charger and you would have to be more covered, you would end up a legendary only in an hour and a half
oh... carbine is a great idea and yet it does beam and has higher rpm, what about the famas it has the highest rite ? with a bigger magazine that may work
i pretty much copied this build but i am getting a max of 700k crit. and this very rarely. what am i missing. as i said, got every piece he uses and stats are similar. i only have 125 chd, i think he has 140ish.

@@evyatar2555 1.2 mil to 1.4mil that's what I reach on body with a low RPM weapon like Tactical MK16. Can hit 1.5mil and above with group buffs in raid. It's still my goto DPS build.
@@CouchCit didn't say it was hard. Only that 99%of the build videos have Memento in them, usually centered around them. I know it's considered best in slot, but so tired of seeing it. It's like Massive wants us all to run & gun
i love this set but the vest idk i rather have a AK piece with obliterate or spoter the extra 50 staks takes ages to build up and with no targets it goes really fast
Especiall with kingbreaker, bro, it tales so long. I never ever come close to even half the stacks wirh hb chest. Thats why i run obliterate too. Spotter should be better by an almost insignificant amount because you have to build it up as well and when theres no enemies nearby you loose all your stacks. And spotter deals more dmg no matter what.
@@Jenova1009 true but still have to find a god roll with the skill open to switch because my current chest is obliterate with CC(modified) it was a blue and CD and for the mod is CD need to find a all red chest maximise it put spotter on it
@@AnYTimeGaming yes, they should be able to do that at least, just change the stat for pvp and then we have a gear who doesnt sucks so bad because of the nerf like striker and we need to wait several TU update to make the striker usable, i hope they dont make the same mistake
You need to farm the Heartbreaker set with crit dmg on it so you can recalibrate the Blue armor core to Red weapon damage core in the Recalibration station.
Its sad this set is so good but I know the devs will nerf this into the ground we're not allowed to have to much power in this game,the devs can kiss my ass
Anyone who says Intimidate is good these days after its first nerf taking away its amplified damage… Are probably the same people you have to rez 15 times in a Challenging mission lol
You can get an acs12 and put flatline on it as well. Rock n roll talent is 50% more ammo so instead of 20 you get 30. I went acs12 with the flatline power over the bullets
You're getting a future initiative damage buff aswell from your team mate that's why your damage is insane, do a video whilst solo with no future buff then check the damage numbers. Nice build though 👍
The reason intimidate is better than the HB chest is that it reaches max damage a whole lot faster than HB. It's not at all uncommon to never reach max HB stacks. Not to mention the weird cap / slow down mechanic . Using ceska intimidate, while an 11% drop on paper, will actually grant an additional multiplier as well as a significant boost in crit chance. Have the 50 HB stacks in addition to the memento trophy makes maintaining intimidate easier than it has been for a very long time. Your demonstration was very poor and unconvincing. Not only must you use ceska , but also the memento. In total you will be granted 88.4%-94% damage with HB and intimidate before memento. Reaching max HB stacks is much easier that way. Tbh though, my testing has only been in heroic and my comment is from a time long after heartbreaker was "rebalanced"
