The Division | Final Measure PvP Healer Build | Patch 1.8 

The 1.8 Final Measure in my opinion for pvp and incursions is the most underrated gear set in the game. I don't have it but truely wish I did. Thanks Marco

How do u build ur assault rifle to where u are shredding NPC's and players. Ive played with other player and they shred NPCS like butter and Ive tried different thing bt cannot seem to get there any hints

Since so many builds cannot receive overheal anymore would it be more beneficial to run booster shot instead of defibrillator for the extra damage and toughness? Or is the burst heal from defibrillator just too much to pass on?

Hey Marco! Personally, I love this build! But I have found much more success with it when I perfectly follow the best-in-slot guide (or even roll health and survivability rolls everywhere), and instead of 4K Stam and 9K Electronics, I run full on 10K Electronics.

I loved my old 4pc fmhealer with vig and inventive back in 1.5 and on i love that did video on it because i wanted to see how close mine came to yours and Eel's and my luck it was dead on. Gg

Lets just say this set was amazing against predators cause the exotic resilience and you could easily get 50% if you wanted to, but extremely strong buffs too

This set I built the same n was awesome for clear sky GE speedruns!

Tell me why You prefer the resistance is Disrupt, for example, increase the resistance of the shock?

It's a good vid. I like fm, but I dunno, if group's run 3 striker or nomad they nearly don't need a healer, at least they act that way. Have you compared? 4 striker or nomad to 2 dps 2 healer? Healer is more dynamic gameplay but I feel dz diversity is really low this patch due to striker nomads.

i nice rework for 6 piece tac would be if you use medical wing skill you get a stamina buff if you use a tec wing skill you get a skill power buff and a security wing skill a firearm buff but two skill at the same wing don't stack and once every 8 sec

Can you do a video building this say more tanky or more dps. It seems odd to go two healers. I feel this could do a bit better being more tanky.

My only question is why not a strong pulse instead of the station, combined with the FM buffs it's like the ultimate buffer.

Does Damage Resilience has an effect on contamination?

Final measure Firearms-stamina build, I mean striker and pred would still be the most common but tossing the frag up to the enemy only to charge towards it and defuse it gives you the extra damage or you can run a FM-Banshee hybrid with a fast firing LMG you get that 24% + 10% damage to targets out of cover, cause everyone doesn’t get to cover in PvP. You pretty much deny their nade while dealing damage to their exposed bodies

I know Marco will crap on this but I've been running mine with 7.5k firearms, 4.5k stamina, 4k electronics with urban mdr and house. but this is for pve. with a reclaimer, a dps, and a skillperson rounding out the team i handle the grenades and do enough damage to take out my share of npcs. we get through the incursions and legendaries every week fairly easy.

Marco I asked u months ago if the ally heal was good on my reclaimer build u said no so why do u use it for this build ?

I feel FM could be a shooty firearms build just as easily as an electronics build, no? Nothing about the set suggests you must be tech vs gun

I know in your actual pvp build you use pulse when head shot. Maybe use one is none? It would mitigate some of your bullet loss possibly? I dunno just spit-balling

Marco you never explained how you got your healing box to boost so high.....

I made mine as tank dps build with rehabilitated mask with 5,400 firearms and 540k toughness bc I'm tanky with a lot of edr with a god roll house still do really good damage and the strongest Predator bleed will heal more then do damage bc my toughness with my edr makes the bleed like a mosquito bite then triggers my rehabilitated mask that heal me 2% every sec while I'm on status effect so predator people are actually clutch for me they can get me right back to full health it's crazy and I can face tank them down bc all their damage is in their bleed great solo build as well as a group build

Did you hear what that soppy dev said on state of the game.Its about 17mins in,french guy said "do you play the game" soppy guy said"whats the point the game is dead anyway" thought that was a good insite on how at lest one dev on the game thinks,I still think its a great game but roll on D2 :)

I'm running 7thou skill power 4 thou fa 4 thou stamina got my heal box back in 18 secs never been a final measure guy but its fun with an mdr and you just grenade spam em

Made a dps crit version 4 group with 72% edr. Makes preds useless.

I think you being pretty bias.... the buffs you get from 6pc work if you talking support yes (I know it depends on if people spam grenades but people will let let a few grenades fly)!!!! I think the best role for Final Measure is to be secondary support (a balanced build with toughness as the highest)!!! In a team with a reclaimer and striker is definitely viable and underrated!!!

i would be using self heal instead of ally with this build.

This only for the darkzone but last stand is fucked now 3 shots shotgun's striker build

D3 9k stam. Hunters/deadeye 10k firearms. Pred 9k stam but I cant get on board with a full skill build F/M. I built mine sort of like D3 in that I specked into skill power but not electronics. 7200 Firearms. 5800 stam and 130k skill power. Great for group play.

Final measure is overpowered tho. Legit i had someone on my team with that and we beat clear sky of challenging once and twice on heroic. Same for falcon lost.

Build looks good until you go to Skirmish or Last Stabd and all your main stats go down and deactivate your weapon talents

Procs once every 2 minuets Set bonus 5 - 3 plus slots for all grenades - 15% Duration for status effects on grenades Set bonus 6 - After Grenadier save, you have a 60% status effect resistance and you gain a 20% reduction of damage from grenades for 5 minuets. Every 2000 stamina you gain a grenade damage buff of 5%. At 9000 stamina you gain a 90% chance to reset the grenadier save to 15 seconds

This is my fav build but people never want to run healer let alone...DOUBLE HEALER!...hell no...All people want to do is be selffish and get kills

I'm completely serious when i say this but I was playing underground yesterday and all of sudden I noticed I couldn't die. (I play on xbox one x) My health would go all the way down to almost 0 but I wouldn't go down, it was unreal. I just started face tanking everything down there. The only thing I noticed that was strange was my critical save talent was constantly proccing. I eventually logged off and when i logged back on, I was able to get the critical save to constantly proc again but I could die this time. I won't tell people how i did it but will notify Ubisoft in hopes that this gets fixed. I'm 100 percent serious of my statement

Been down with U since the beginning and I know how much U put into your content so I just found it disrespectful to bash another RU-vidr. Maybe if he would have created his own listing according to PvP or whatever then it would have justified it perhaps. But it seems as if it was done for views bc he clearly missed the point as to what U said in your video. As one of the creators whom is known for your Division vids along with the likes of others whom put this game on the map. I don't understand why U guys are now being taken for granted when it comes to subject matter on this game such as builds and other ins/outs of this game. I mean U have only been around since 1.1 with all of us others whom tried to stick it out. Continue grinding bro and making great content! I hope that your channel won't just be limited to the division, but will also include some Warframe eventually and Anthem when it is released. Me and 3 of my friends are not long back to the game and we were enjoying the GE as it felt fair and competitive but now that damage buff has gone so have we. The 4 of use actually thought we’d the wrong guns on it was that bad. And no we don’t have 6 piece gear sets and yes we’ve put about 60 hours into get fuck all in return. I left the game 5 months after it came out for the very same reason. The bullet sponge was just to monotonous. Ah well.
