Oh and did you have the same two weapons with the same perks equipped and why do they stack and what do you think about having lmg’s would the damage to targets out of cover work with the seeker mines the just have destructive Ferocious ?

I thought I had it all covered until I watched this. Amazing vid. Thank you so much for effort and time. So helpful. Now if you could lose the annoying soundtracks and talk a little then we have perfection. Agree we need stats on screen though. Keep up the great work buddy. 10/10
@Kevin Keenan my solution to the haste deficit was determined, dominant, destructive on a sawed off. Send seekers then proc T after primary impact (gotta watch bleed rates). Chains 6x max, but reduces cooldowns lots. Determined max 45%. Dominant max 60%. A gimme on purple s.
Fantastic video. I worked out that the 4% EAD on the kneepads wasn’t worth the loss of 13339 skill power a while back but can you tell me if it is worth replacing 1 x 266 elec / 3% skill haste mod and 4 x 267 elec / 3322 SP mods with the purple 204 elec / 4% DTE mods that are on sale this week? Obviously 4% DTE for a loss of 13339 SP isn’t worth it but this would be an additional 20% DTE for a loss of 22708 SP. Is it worth it? This would also mean foregoing one 3% skill haste mod so skill haste would be reduced to 45%.
New subscriber! Wish I’d discovered you earlier as I am a solo player and love the Tactician GS. Question: rather than having a 204 weapon with destructive & ferocious active, surely you deal more damage with a 256 weapon with competent active? All my Tactician weapons are 256 and have Talented, Competent & Predatory on them.
Hey capri. I'm getting much more interested in tactician builds because of you're videos. Can legendary missions be done with one really good tac build or is it essential to have a few?
Jason I’ve seen guys with good tactician builds carry people through legendarys, even seen them 1 shot the boss with a sticky... so to answer your question you can with one good build
Jason on PvE I run Tactician VERY similar to Capri's build and I run legendary missions solo ALL THE TIME. I'm not trying to promote my channel or anything as I upload for MY OWN pleasure to watch every now and then. Look for Sir_Jabalot1980 (me) then type in "solo legenary" or something like that. You should be able to find some of my videos there. They are not professional or have high production value. It's just me doing the missions solo.
I use a 5pc Nomad and inventive backpack, all invested into skills, on the Times Square legendary which I think is the easiest.The extra life and overheal are literally a lifesaver. Combined with turret and seeker minds and a lot of retreating and patience, ive done the mission solo numerous times.
I think there is a problem with tech support and seeker mines..bugged or something! They also keep getting more life even after they explode? So you have to wait (sometimes ) 3 times longer when they are on cool down to use them again? Weird

why would you use a barrett's vest? you get the most benefits when skill are not in cooldown...but with this build you'll be using your skills every 11 sec. I don't have a 6 classified set, so I use a 4 piece tactician and should I use a relentless or a inventive back pack? and what should I use as a vest? Don't have a barrett's vest., but I do have ferro's mask on electronics, Could I use 4 piece tact with ferro's mask and inventive/relentless backpack? please advice
this build was laid out in a MUCH better video, much more clear, and not so goddamn confusing...ffs, ppl, don't tell him his video is good if most of what he is showing is only HALF explained. but, i'm no better, as i am way too lazy to go find the video i referred to. used it months ago to build this exact Tac build.

Noob u forgot two things one is u play solo and the npcs are easier to kill and second let's see your tactician in a group on a legendary mission, u play on challenging and u call this the best build ever?
