Almost all manufacturers have regional specific printers and media. For the exact reason as your issue. You must buy printers and media from local dealers to keep the money in that region.
You do not know what the Ribbon is burning and the signal after updating the firmware to 1.10 does not want to print but only to idle and first flashes and the signal sounds and prints a blank non-color print. How to fix it without carrying to the service center?
For moving around inside a single location like a studio or office, it is fine to leave the media in the printer. If shipping or transporting in a vehicle then the media needs to be removed.
print gets two white lines in the left side this is the second paper loading first time while purchasing now it gets line. don't know how to fix. service person asking 500Rs. this printer is not user friendly it is my personal opinion.
