DNP RX1HS - Setup and Operation

Hi! I know you made this video forever ago, but I just bought this printer and can't get to the 5th initial print. My RX1HS paper and ribbon are loaded correctly and the machine spits out the first 4 blank prints, and then the paper pops itself out of that bottom black tray you loaded it in when it beeps. (And I get the error lights) Has this ever happened to you?

Hi. I have a question. Do I need to do this every time I finish an event? I mean, every time I go from one event to another? Or only when I send it by parcel over long distances? thank you!

Good video on the DNP RX1HS, but our DNP paper roll won't fit, despite both ends being fully pushed in. Too wide. Wondering why. Going to have to return the unit to B&H for a refund.

The image i took from my camera is focous. But when i print it looks off focus blurry. Please help what is it ???
