5:13 I think this is a great idea. Super simple, yet super effective. One of my clients used to give away free snacks at the local park. She'd attract the kids and the parents would follow and this is how she grew her business from zero. Helpful Info: Size of GEO farming area (i.e., 500, 1,500, 5,000, 10,000, 50,000+ homes), what types of mailers, size of mailers, Variable Data Printing, Permit Stamp or EDDM, mailing 1, 2, or 3 times per month?, types of mailing pieces (JL, JS, Coming soon, newsletter, market updates/reports, etc.), what type of real estate info to become the top of mind "mayor" of real estate in their area. What type of mailings are most successful? Or is it just consistency, and money spent over time? Thanks again!
You can do cheaper marketing that has the same outcome. I hire a snow cone truck. I have him for 2 hours and it’s $400. If you do that once a month (or even once per quarter), you’re gonna get your name out there.
