This video is a follow up to my previous video which you need to watch if you haven't already ( • The Pain-Pleasure Para... ) I believe that this video is fundamental if you want to get to work but just can't find the motivation or don't know how to get started. I understand that not everyone has the time to watch an entire video so here's the basics of what I explain:
The do something principle is this idea that in order to get started you just need to get started (crazy right?). You start off by doing the small meaningless tasks that take little to no motivation (like taking out the trash) and then once you have the ball rolling you can move on to doing the deeper and more daunting tasks like going to the gym or doing deep work on your project. So just get up out of your chair and do something, then you'll take care of the rest.
