As a young Tigers fan, this may have been the most exciting baseball game I’ve watched. Between Ohtani’s 200th home run and Ryan Vilade’s 1st as well as a 5 run 9th capped off with a Gio Urshela 2 run bomb!!! 💣

The Dodgers have the most injured staff I've ever seen in franchise history.... and STILL 7 games ahead in their division. No other 1st place team in MLB would survive this decimation. Significant arms that haven't even debuted this season that they expected to return sooner than later and it's affected them in a big way
I don't think Glasnow is actually injuried. I think they're just doing that to give him a break. He already has thrown an entire season worth of innings had he stayed a Rays.
Dave Roberts blew it again today. They had a dominating pitcher and he pulled him after 3. He has become a joke. The players are trying, playing thru injuries, but Dave’s pitching staff are not allowed to play. Sick of him.
Chas McCormick web gem 🧡. That Corey Seager web gem is controversial…some pics indicate Dubón was actually safe, but New York stayed with the call. Dubi was pissed and was ejected for the first time in his major league career. That may have been the most exciting non-playoff game I have ever seen. Arrighetti only gave up two hits, there were tons of close plays, and plays overturned on challenges. Both teams played their hearts out.
