Doom Slayer has never fought a character who is that strong. Hell even weaker versions of Spawn like King of Hell Spawn is far more powerful than the likes of Mannon, Malebolgia, and Urizen all three of which can destroy Billions of universes.

The seraphim is featless so it doesn't matter if its watching over him. In base form Spawns showed he's completely willing to teleport inside of people to rip them apart from within, doom slayer has no counter to this.

There's no feat or statement saying it can block teleportation, therefore it can't. That's all there is too it. Even without that Spawn can go intangible so Doom slayer can't touch him, and he can bypass his armor with it, he can stop time, he's shown transmutation abilities so nothing stops him from turning DS's blood into poison. Even base spawn is incredibly OP.

Doom Slayer is by all means the most powerful being across the dimensions. He has shattered the biblical means of heaven and hell. Plus when I said normal spawn, I meant animated series spawn. That spawn has no idea what he’s doing and he got his ass handed to him by violator, an arch demon and not like an arch demon is any threat to The Slayer. Sure he can only be killed by holy weapons, but if I had to guess, the Slayer wouldn’t win by necessarily killing him, he would win by making him use up his necroplasm and sending him back to Malbogia.
