Ah ah, pois é, lá vamos a votos mais uma vez. Nunca temos a certeza se vamos pôr a cruzinha no quadradinho certo, pois não? 🙄 Os Doors eram aquela máquina, entre a muita bebida e as muitas ganzas, eles faziam música com uma energia formidável. Este álbum em particular, apesar de ser Rock, tem um forte sabor a Blues, e é talvez o meu preferido de todos os que eles fizeram.

Hola Rui, elegiste un tema muy energético esta vez. Este álbum fue ganando aceptación por parte del público , está considerado entre los mejores del rock . Su calidad artística es indiscutible aunque ya sabemos que la muerte siempre es un gran sponsor. Increíble que Morrison escribiera esta canción para despedir a su chica.
Hola Roberto. Este es uno de mis álbumes favoritos de The Doors, muchas canciones tienen un toque de Blues y Riders On The Storm tiene un tono oscuro, muy jazz. Esta pista en particular tiene mucho que ver con la ciudad de Los Ángeles, y Jim Morrison tenía mucha afinidad con esa ciudad, y en sentido figurado divaga sobre el tono y la forma en que interpretó la ciudad. Sin embargo, como dijiste, algunos dicen que partes de la letra tienen que ver con su chica. Letras encriptadas llenas de secretos que probablemente solo Morrison conocía. 😏

@@MrVinylObsessive you have a brilliant system for digitising vinyl. I nearly bought a UH-7000 when back when they were $300 but then they run out. They have very nice sounding burr-brown ADC and DAC.
Moving coil cartridge. In country I live in they unavailable, too pricey if sold here, I was told. I need one for my old turntable. Where can I get it ?
I don't do full albums because it's risky for my channel due to copyright. 😒 To some extent, the quality depends on the vinyl record, and not all albums sound the same.

Hello, it's a German reissue with the white background in the band's photo on the cover instead of the more common yellow background. Not sure about the year of release, there is no mention of it. I bought it new a few years ago, so it's a relatively recent reissue. The cat# is ELK 42 090 (EKS 75011) In the label there's the number 7559 - 60328 -1
