Thomas: goes into a coma. Everybody: "HES DEAD!!!!!!!!" 5 years later: Thomas: "i just found out it's 1970, what the f*** happened?" Percy: "uh... we thought you died thomas, atleast you're alive".

Season 5 was a tough time seeing so many loved characters being taken out, though from experience I believe that Victor himself has a plan going forward that'll keep everyone happy

Season 5 was definitely the darkest moment in the stories and sodor. I like the podcast better without theme tunes. Great idea doing "who's that engine" based from the pokémon.

I among a few we’re against the idea of steam converted to diesel. I was expecting the experiment to be Barry converted into an oil burning engine.

I highly disagree with "Enthusiasts", "Preservation", and especially "Experiment". Those WEREN'T at all good enough episodes. But I highly agree that "Competition" was one of the better ones. I like that episode best from this season, along with "Training". I was pleased by how they finally got Mavis in the series.

I was, like everyone else, overwhelmed and infuriated by the fact that Thomas got killed. I thought for sure that he would survive, but for him to not have, that was just SO unfair and wrong!! But at least we have evidence that he will return. So that gives me hope for it.

The one thing about the "Training" episode that infuriated me greatly was The Fat Controller using the cliched "C&D phrase" (you know what I mean, "Confusion & Delay"). That phrase is SO overused, stupid, and most of all, UNPROFESSIONAL! It should NEVER, EVER be used to refer to accidents on Sodor or ANY Railway, and I want it GONE and BANNED from the Thomas franchise and community forever!! Back in Stories of Sodor Season One, there was when Edward expressed annoyance (albeit humorously) to Jefferies, the then Elsbridge Stationmaster, using it, and ever since then, I completely agreed that that phrase was 100% unnecessary and not needed. But then came when Toby used it in Season 4, Part 2. And I thought that that shouldn't have happened, especially after what Jefferies did. And that Diesel should have told Toby off for doing that same thing and reminding him of what happened previously. So for The Fat Controller to use that aggravating phrase as well, that was crossing a line, and he should NOT have done such a thing, especially with the fact that it could lead to his TV series counterpart overusing it. It NEEDS to go! It was never in The Railway Series, so for the TV series to come up with and abuse it, THAT should NEVER have happened either! There was absolutely NO reason for them to do that, and it is just SO wrong and completely unprofessional, and it just REALLY, REALLY NEEDS to leave the whole community for good!!!!

There also was not an episode where the narrow gauge engines played any significant rolls during season 5. That is something to point out.

I’m on the fence as to how I feel about season 5, I like the Grimm tone and the scary knowledge that nowhere is safe on Sodor, but overall a lot of elements felt very VERY rushed and lacks the impact it really could’ve given. It be cool if Thomas came back with eyepatch, giving him more of a Sea Rouge look. I don’t if I can request the same thing twice, but I’d love to see you review MrAthehedgehog’s The Adventures of Sodor and/or WildNorWester’s Sodor the Modern/Early Years.

As soon as Gabinator said "Watch your language!" I KNEW you were making a reference to "Bridge".

JAMES WATCH YOUR LANGUAGE! I do have to agree this entire season is sad. And 35 people died from the Brendan accident with Benson too, and then it was over, Shaun Haul committed suicide, and what you know Thomas might return from a 4-6 year coma because what hurricane said in sodor answers Thomas's face didn't dissapear exactly. There was only 3 normal episodes in the season

But Thomas will always live in our minds.

in fact in the episode revenge i started to dout of mr hall as the criminal because of the dualitiy in his conduct and how he save henry, if he want him death why he do all that and i also remember mr hall's brother and i find it weird that as boys they look the same anyway i love your podcast and if you read this please talk about the scp of sodor series i'll love to see your opinion bye

Victor NEEDS to do a full explanation video as to WHY he killed off Thomas. Just doing it without reason or for ANY reason, especially without saying what that reason is, is NOT good enough at all.

And Thomas will be back in a little bit

Season 5 was good, but it was not nearly as good as the others (especially SCPs of Sodor). Nobody's perfect, I'm confident that Vic will come back stronger.

Request: Can you do NWR1991's NWR Tales? It now has 13 seasons and now a spinoff series coming this year called "NWR Flashback Tales".
