The Downfall Of Fisker: What Went Wrong? 

One thing they got a lot of flack for is the limit of "boosts" they put on the car at 500. The funny thing is a lot of Porsche and BMW's have that too, and usually they're never more than 50 or 100 but you can only access that information with the dealers own diagnostic tool. Their transparency and honesty to the customer base got them some negative PR simply due to lack of knowledge of the car world.

that's a pity ... I liked their designs ... especially the solar roof top ... makes sense ... pity they were small and not an international oriented manufacturer.
