Well he's a mage so.... Definitely check out the show, it's on Netflix and is created by the head writer of Avatar The Last Airbender, kind of a spiritual successor to that show.

The guy in the scarf is called Callum. He’s an adopted prince whose farther died and is currently on a mission to bring an egg back to a kingdom called Zadia. The egg is a dragon egg which is retrieved by its mother, can bring peace between 2 kingdoms. Callum and a lot of others go on the adventure together, and stumble upon various issues like Claudia and Soren. (Brother and sister) I’m not going to spoil the rest, but I will spoil 2 things. Callum learns how to do black magic without his storm in a crystal ball thing, and Callum and Rayla DATE at the last series!!!!!!!!!!!! So yeah, it’s really good and I recommend watching it 👍 Title: The Dragon Prince Main characters: Rayla (moon shadow elf) Callum (human/mage) Ezren (human/animal whisperer) Zym (dragon/dragon egg/dragon prince) Bait (Ezrens friend/glowy frog thing)

All you need to know is it's created by the head writer on Avatar: The Last Airbender, and it's on Netflix.
