I can empathize with George on this one. When. couple gets engaged/married or whatever, it's one present. That's it. When my best friend got married it was ridiculous. There was the engagement party for in town guests, one for out of town guests, there was a jack n jill thing, then there was some pre wedding shindig, then they asked for a presentation at the wedding. I was pretty pi$$ed by the end of it all. That said, who gives a big screen tv for an engagement gift. ?
