I am a new agent about 4 months in and still trying to figure out my direction. I've seen Cody in the background recommended multiple times on RU-vid but for some reason never watched his stuff. Tonight I decided to watch episode 1 of this series and next thing I know I binged all 6 episodes. This was absolutely motivational for me. Thank you for putting this together.

Now why in the world would you get us hooked on these agents, their stories, the mentors, the process, etc and NOT show us who won? That's just down right mean! 🤔🤨🤯😁 Inquiring minds want to know. Please tell us. I'm also amazed at what each agent was able to accomplish in a day. It opens my mind up to the possibilities; especially on days when I'm struggling. I totally enjoyed the Ultimate Agent contest. What it reminds new agents, current agents, veteran agents and new people potentially coming into the insurance industry that it will take hard work. It is not easy everyday to pick up the phone or go door knocking. You do not always have Great coaches, mentors and trainers to pick you up when you are down. The Ultimate Agent showed the REALITY of insurance daily grin of the doors slammed in our faces, get cussed out, phone hang ups and a number of deflating things that happen as we try to HELP the people understand why they need to protect the people they leave behind. The Ultimate Agent show all of us watching that even when you are down you can get back up and be successful. Michael was the comeback Kid, he was down the whole show but in the end he found his momentum. Never give up, Never quit. We all watched these 5 Agents transform. I have my ticket to 8% Nation and hope to shake hands with all 5 contestants. Fantastic job Cody, Dylan, Keith, David, Brian, Leslie, Landon, Roger, Dallas, Nate, Trey Bret, Cassidy Alyx on producing a very, very, very successful show. To the contestants Johnny, Amanda, Patryce, Moon and Michael you have helped and with continue to be a motivation to all the people who will see this show now and in the future. It is 2:03am Wednesday July 27, 2022 a few hours from 8% Nation registration and the opening night party. I will see you all there!!!!!!

Loved, Loved, Loved this. The final 5 are winners, just for getting there! It was great seeing in real time what some of the day to day challenges you have to push through in order to be successful. Can’t be a reality show without a little bit of drama. Agents can be rather competitive by nature. This is completely fine, as long as the client is winning at the end of the day and that all products offered were there to fill needs and not pockets.

With Season 2 about to release, I figured I'd run through this again. Having the chance to work with Cody has been an eye-opener - and I picked up a lot more insight from the coaches on the second go-around.

Amanda won. Otherwise why would they put her on the brief intermission ads. Michael really improved he was uncoachable in the beggining but when he humbled himself and took advice from Nate the great he really killed it for the day and turned his luck around. Patryce did great , love her confidence the only part that was funny was when she said was saying remarks about not needing gimmicks to win 😅 . Amanda even though she doesnt sound the best over the phone and is quite jittery always seemed dialed in and laser focused and hungry. I wish we could had seen Johnny in the finals , I know he would had brought his A game.

OMG what a cliffhanger. I personally think Amanda is the winner only because she sponsored the last 3 or 4 episodes. And none of of the other contestants sponsored any of the episodes so the fact that Amanda did makes me think she won. And if she did win, congrats to her. Amanda's story is very inspiring. All of the contestants were awesome to watch. I really hope there will be a season 2 of the Ultimate Agent.

Great job man, strategic entry to media to kickstart own speaking events while positing insurance on the maps. This deserves & will cross a mill views, done. For corporate hygiene: If anyone was allegedly mentioned it’s $121k cash payout then changed to “cash prizes” regardless of the industry, that’s a neat class action in a regulated industry.

To begin with, the competition is unfair when you have a seasoned agent and an agency owner competing with the rest. This guy is using automation while everyone else is dialing. The goal is to train the agents to do everything. Sure, use automation; that's fantastic, but not on the show. I believe that the role of the insurance agent is dying. We can already see AI is used by young adults to buy insurance online. NO NEED to talk to anyone, just get a quote online. Now IMAGINE in 2030, the role of the insurance agent is slowly dying. Why do you think Cody spends so much time on coaching and making these videos, he is selling a dream. Selling insurance is slowly dying to robots. You don't have to believe me that's just what I am seeing around me. It's more convenient to buy insurance on your own online.

I was thinking the same thing at one point. But the agency I work with actually pointed out that some of those online only solutions are getting a really bad rap and even some going out of business. Maybe once the AI improves over the years this may be the case, but it's not quite there yet from what I can tell. Sure people can press a few buttons and follow some prompts but it doesn't mean they're getting the best coverage for their situation. Also part of the role of an agent is to actually approach people, and/or take calls. Because most people are not very proactive about getting insurance. So that's another role of having a human to actually proactively follow up etc. Lastly, at least for the next 10-20 years many many seniors (if you do mostly final expenses etc.) are not comfortable with technology. So they prefer face to face or at least over the phone. I sell mostly final expenses so I know first hand, even surprisingly some people as young as in their 50s don't feel comfortable with technology. So I don't know, maybe you're right. But there are so many factors that go into buying insurance and most AI is imperfect (just as humans are, but it's typically easier to course correct as a human). Although technology is always improving, we've had computers etc for 40 years and life insurance for 100s of years. I don't think the need for agents will be extinct any time soon...at least not for life insurance (not sure about car insurance etc). Because these companies would easily replace agents with AI if they thought they could save money, make more money or have as much success without compensating, training and/or managing agents.

We got 25 years to make as much as we can there is always enough pie to go around. Think about it , theres young folks like myself who hate dealing the self checkout or hate having to speak to a computer that doesnt know the intricate questions i will ask.
