@@johnmeltsch5693 i used to like bert.. I started hating him whenever tom would start to tell a good story, get interrupted by bert with some shitty story he has then tom never finishes it.
@@idrizzyt7524 Yeah I hear you. The pod started off great but over time devolved into just Bert talking over Tom for an hour and a half every week. Now I just pray for a guest bear.
@@johnmeltsch5693 I don’t hate Bert, they are great together but I just think Ryan and Toms chemistry is just next level great. They always make each other laugh like crazy and Ryan is a great podcaster in general.
Can you explain? Tom seems very athletic. Personally, I think he could probably put some solid bench numbers up. He’s also probably really good at tennis and basketball. 🤷🏻♂️
I got to meet him and Tom when they came through Cincinnati last year on tour. I was coincidentally watching Dr Drew and I was immediately blessed with the Sickler laugh when I told him. ❤
Two men with unforgettable laughs but Bart’s is like nails on a chalkboard for me. I think it’s cuz he’s always laughing at his own jokes way harder than anyone else.
@@liadown9052 The baby will be a year old already in two weeks, she doing great! Unfortunately my lungs (even at the time I recorded the podcast with Ryan) aren’t doing very well. They went into chronic rejection almost 3 years ago now. At their best They were 112 percent, now their 43 percent. Every day is tough but that little girl makes it all worth it. I would get another transplant if I’m eligible. It’s rare but it definitely does happen.
I love how nowadays when a favorite comedian comes out with a special we don't just get the special but also a bonus 10+ hours of them on every great comedy podcast out there. It's a blessing

I was 17 yrs old in jail when the OJ chase happened. I spent 30 days in jail. The whole month of June. We were mad because it cut off the NBA finals, Rockets vs Knicks to air the chase.
Please trade bert for sickler, I don't hate bert but just like a good song he's played out it's just the same shtick. Be gross and be extra and even if it's all a bit his delusion and all that it's just losing its shine and just becoming, annoying. I've noticed I don't watch 2 bears as much because I already know how it's gonna be. Just an hour of incoherent babbling as Tom tries but has to keep holding his breath and waiting to talk it gives me anxiety. But this, that's what a balanced conversation looks like, Bert's better in small doses.
So I work with HIV meds, and helping patients afford them. There are three variations of HIV meds, PrEP for Pre Exposure in case someone may come in contact it will prevent you from contracting it, Treatment which can bring you down to a level where it no longer shows up on blood tests and can't be passed on any longer, and also PEP which is Post Exposure generally you have 72 hours to take this medication in the case you do come in contact with HIV to prevent you from contracting it. One thing to mention, in the US, there are no current Cures for HIV, so the medication we assist with has to be taken if for treatment for the remainder of your life. Tom and Ryan’s chemistry is so good I wish they had a podcast together. I don’t hate Bert like everyone else but the flow is so much better when someone is sitting in for him.
Is it me, or does it annoy anybody hearing Burnt's too small, incorrectly angled teeth, during the ad reads? And then once you hear it, you can't "un hear" it?
Why is there a clip at the start? I clicked on this and want to watch it. I don't need a clip. Would have been good to hear Ryan shout that shit in the proper context.
Dude this podcast is so much better with Ryan in it. I always listen when there's a guest host. Ryan fits like a glove in conversation with Tom. Funny stuff what a great listen.
