I worked out the math. In the first clip the huracan was doing a average of 89.97mph on that road which is 69.9mph over the speed limit. it is safe to say he is driving it like he stole it.

I think you're referring to the Gotthardpass (Switzerland) but other passes like Furkapass and Oberalppass are also close by👍🏻
