Absolutely cool to see how simply blurring faces both gives an atmospheric feel cohesive to rainy nights, but also tastefully takes the focus off of humans. I've noticed how when music has vocals, it takes up much more of one's attention than the instruments. Blurring the faces then is an analog to instrumental music.
Nighthawk is by far my favorite. Its so calming and what only i can describe as the pulses in the song gives the visual of lights passing by while driving.
Their is a indie game in development called :"beware"where you drive around in a sleepy town after "something" happened,it does not have a soundtrack, but this album not only would fit it it has the exact same atmosphere.Really glad I found this
finished suburban memory, glad to have given it a shot instead of passing it off and waiting for more split axon animations, since it's one of the few things both enjoyable and able to be listened to while focusing. this ep has largely distinctive tracks, but a clear overarching instrumental theme throughout it. i don't know anything about music theory, but this shit is BANGING. additionally the visuals are impressive and a nice treat whenever i tab back in to pause a song. glad to have finally expanded my music palette car
Either RU-vid decimated the video quality, or Podel intentionally compressed the video massively, but in any case there is pretty bad color banding and compression artifacts. Anyway, the lighting is very well done and I like the blurring on the faces which looks like a raindrop got on the camera, very unobtrusive.
It’s quite interesting to see that Podel is trying more mature animations. The way this is portrayed makes me wonder if the animation is trying to symbolize something… perhaps “chaos,” something present in most religions before a deity arrives to provide order and reason? Regardless of whether or not this animation has some concealed deeper message, I think this is worthy to be put in some hall of fame for 3D rendering. Bravo, Podel!
Very cool ep from podel as always Only complaint is that the druver in the video hasnt gotten me my 1.7³⁴ grams of pure garlic bread, plus the extra 1 decillion gallon of liquid gold
this video reminds me of game called Beware, it's like a driving horror game and i think it would fit nicely in GTA 5 as some kind of mod (im just sayin') like just make same dark mood and maybe slap a custom map and there you have it or something
