It would be really nice if there were more pedestrian ways and separate paths for bikes and scooters in Dubai. And shades and benches at all bus stops.

I think they should keep only one urban city centre.. And the rest should be luxury villas, low rises and amusement parks, places dedicated for sports and activities etc mainly focused on tourism and for the tourists... I don't understand why they build multiple city centres with high rises having 10-20kms gap in between.. Doesn't feel/look good.. If they only had one place for highrises, it would have left nyc in the dust in terms of views Like imagine, if 1. Marina was located along the shores of al wasl and satwa. 2. JVC in zabeel area. 3. Creek harbour in the meydan where crystal lagoon is. 4. silicon oasis and sports city besides design district. 5. Internet city near safa park. It'd have felt breathtaking from every angle and every rooftop.. Currently the downtown feels so empty and unfinished with buildings built only along the highway(SZR)... i feel like everything is going wrong in dubai in the construction industry, With old town built in downtown which looks so out of place especially during daytime. Highrises being built in middle of nowhere. Like there's no proper city language here.. No proper connection to roads, the multiple cities etc. If i lived in marina, i won't be travelling 20 kms to downtown everyday even if it's about my job.. See? This is the downside of building multiple city clusters located far away from each other.. IT HAS MANY DOWNSIDES WHICH MOST PEOPLE OVERLOOK UNLESS THEY EXPERIENCE IT FOR THEMSELVES. AND PEOPLE WHO COME FOR TOURISM WON'T UNDERSTAND IT BECAUSE THEY'LL ONLY TRAVEL ONCE OR TWICE LIKE THIS.. THOSE WHO GO TO DUBAI TO RESIDE OR TO WORK WILL SOON KNOW THAT IT'S JUST NOT A LIVABLE CITY WITH MULTIPLE CITY CENTERS LOCATED FAR AWAY FROM EACH OTHER

If Dubai have so much money why he is not giving USD 20 billion which he took from Abu dhabhi in 2009 and still not paid!!!!
