It’s fine to have that water bottle but it might also be a good idea to provide a little water bowl as well to make sure the bunnies are getting enough water. They drink more water than you might realize, similar to a small dog. By the way these animals are adorable how the duckling keeps trying to stay warm under the bunny. ❤
I have a water bottle and two bowls of water available for my bunny and the bowls need to be refilled daily or every other day. Apparently drinking from a bottle is a slower process so bunnies tend to drink less that way.
Very cute however bunnies don't belong in cages...they need at least an x pen area set up so they can run around & get exercise, litter boxes w/ unlimited hay.
Please use a bowl of water for your bunnies. It is cruel to make them stretch for water and only get it one drop at a time. I wouldn't like to drink like that and I am sure you wouldn't either. I recommend the channel 'Lennon the Bunny' for the gold standard of rabbit care tips. x
As stated before please get rid of the bottle. Very disturbing to see bunny gnawing away to get a bit of water.. I don't know the situation but you should try free roam then enjoy the binkies that will ensue.
@@ComradeCage They don't have an "enclosure". I've bunny-proofed my whole living area and they can go wherever they want. Rabbits don't belong in cages or hutches.
They put water in a bowl and the ducklings will swim in it! I had rabbits that lived to be 9 years old, were litter trained, went outside with my cats and dogs and drank from nothing but a bottle.
@@brendanc5908 Bowls are better than bottles as lapping from a bowl is more natural to rabbits. The spout of bottles can easily get clogged, and will freeze in winter if your rabbit lives outside. Rabbits find bowl drinking far more natural and end up drinking much more water than if drunk from a bottle
It's beautiful how these animals get along. The human race could learn a lot from these wonderful creatures, if we only took the time to listen and care for each other the way these animals do.
I agree this sweet baby brown rabbit needs a cute water bowl, where is this brown rabbit and duck at 🤔🤔. What area 🤔❗ beautiful Christine chastity lampkin
My bunny used to have a bottle like this, he hated it and was frequently biting the metal bars next to it. Eventually we replaced it with a bowl, but sad to say it was in later stage of his life. Whenever he drank from the bowl he was taking breaks and making very unusual wheezing noises. All I can do now is give others advice, get them a proper bowl. Not one they can throw over, buy one supported by a structure, pinned to the ground or simply large in diameter so it cannot be flipped or kicked over.
@@xnec14 I started my bunny off with one of those bottles, and it seemed to be fine for years, until for some reason, she wasn't able to get water out from the bottle, anymore. I don't know for how long she wasn't getting water from it, but it was only after I noticed that she was starting to pull aggressively at it did I understand what was going on. I immediately swapped that bottle for a water bowl, and she went crazy for the water, so she was obviously completely dehydrated. Pretty dangerous, and that could have been almost too late to have known that something was wrong. From therein, she only had water bowls forevermore.
@@Jyvonne Hello, sorry for answering you after a month. Did you check if the nozzle had salts? My bunnies pull the bottle the last few days and I thought they were playing. Even though the bottle is ok, I'll put a bowl for them to drink water any way they prefer because one of them doesn't drink from the bowl that much.
It seems cute, but in reality it isnt. Duckling is looking for its mother and is calling her nonstop. Where are their mother? Did you take them away from her for getting more views?
This is too goddamn cute for words. I have to echo other comments though: water bottles are not good for rabbits, they need more then that little drip can provide. Please give them a large water bowl, especially if ducklings are going to be around your rabbits!
Hi! Here to add on that your bunnies NEED a water bowl if you haven't done it yet. Bunnies drink as much water as small puppies, they are not rodents! Please PLEASE give your bunnies the proper access they require for their sake and wellbeing
Please give the bunny water in a bowl, these hanging bottles are not very good for them. Its hard for them to drink from it and they are in an uncomfortable position while they are drinking
Hi I highly recommend the RU-vid channel Lennon the Bunny 🐰💕 I think this is adorable, but that water dispenser is bad for the bunny’s neck and it can strain it.
aww love this cute precious brown bunny, love this sweet baby 🦆 duck's I just love all sweet fur baby animals ❗❤️❤️💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜😃😃😃😃😃🕊️💙💙💙💙💙🌹🌹🌹😃😃😃😃😃😃☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🙆🏾♀️🙋🏾♀️🙋🏾♀️🙆🏾♀️🙆🏾♀️🙆🏾♀️🙋🏾♀️🙋🏾♀️👌🏿👌🏿👌🏿👌🏿👌🏿👌🏿👌🏿👌🏿✌🏿🤭🤭🤭🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿💚💚🕊️🕊️🕊️🕊️🕊️🕊️🕊️💚💚😃🕊️🕊️💙💙💙💙💙💙💙❤️❤️🌺🌺🌺🌺🌺🌺🌺🌺🌺🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🦄🦄🦄🦄🦄🦄🦄🦄🦄🦄🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹👩❤️👩👩❤️👩👩❤️👩👩❤️👩👩❤️👩👩❤️👩👩❤️👩👩❤️👩🌷🌷🌷🌷🌷🌷🌷🌷 beautiful Christine chastity lampkin 💚💚💚💚💚💚💚
The very young duckling is not looking for a cuddle, it's desperate to keep warm. It needs to be with its mother or under a heat lamp. This situation is not fair on the bunny either. I hope and presume duckling was only put in the cage for filming.
Good gracious, the level of cuteness is beyond bearable. it must be stopped!!! that's just too much cuteness for anyone to see. what next, kittens riding pink unicorns! while blowing rainbow bubbles??
aawwwww! how cute. a little tipp from me, since we have 12 bunnies, which have all their different sizes: for this little fellow hang the bottle a bit lower. it looks like its hanging two inches too high. ;-) have a great day
They need a bowl of water just like every other animal.. that bottle is torture. The pet store even offers that bottle for dogs.. rabbits have lots of fur are very active, clean themselves alot they can get extremely dehydrated. Please if you love your rabbits or have any sense at all give them bowls of water. My rabbit would never be using its tongue to get specks of water all night from a plastic prototype bottle. Let's see you drink water from that bottle. Going to have to unsubscribe until I see the rabbits have the resourse and water bowls they need to live.
I kept and bred prize winning Dutch rabbits when l was a young teen, in all of their hutches we used heavy duty dog style water bowls. There were no drip bottles available back then. Our rabbits won annual awards at our local show in Liverpool. UK
My rabbit learned to drink water in those bottles and in bowls too, he just decides which one to use but I offer him all options. Even tho he has a bowl sometimes he doesn't want to use it🤷🏻♀️ Let them be🩶
Bunnies need water bowls not these unsanitary bottles. What is this crate where their feet can get stuck? What are you doing with all these baby animals?
The bottle requires the rabbit to lift its head and drink with its mouth above its head. In the long term, the rabbit can develop musculoskeletal disorders. :)
My god if you're going to use baby animals to make you tube videos, at least make sure they're properly cared for. Use stuffed animals for the ducklings to snuggle up to. Give the bunnies lots of water. Easy 🙄🙄
