Went from 5’7 to 6’1 came back running a 4.3 40. Whole summer break I was putting in work. I shitted on previous years star running back 😂 Boys couldn’t believe the transformation.

There are many other ways of dealing with stress, how can you be so narrow-minded. Food can relieve stress, meditation can relieve stress, certain teas can relieve stress, listening to some music helps, even video-gaming can help too, pornography is one of them. Of course any one of them can be abused, but same goes with gym. Over-training stresses the muscles and the brain.

My friends dad is your typical dad bod. He's in his late 50's now. He can squat 500lbs like nothing. He's goes to the gym with no headphones, just water and a belt. Crazy.
It can change your own mood also. People don't say chin up, or chest out for no reason. There are studies to show that simple behavior can lift some ppls anxiety/depression too

We had this guy. Average height, but had a toothpick figure with a big head. Picked on a little but who wasnt in Elementary school. Disapeared the 3 years of middle school. Came back as a unit sophmore year of high school. Still the quiet humble guy. Didnt wanna play football. Or any sports for that matter. He said he was more into computers and coding. MONSTER in the weight room. Good guy
@@do.2808You can lift for mental health and in general physical fitness. You don't have to lift just to stand out more or draw more attention to yourself, be "more confident"/louder, or even for picking up dates. Everyone deserves to do a little strength training or lifting for themselves. It can improve your mood drastically, but it's not like lifting/going to the gym/working out changes your personality.
This is about as accurate as it gets if you are in high school lol. You don’t get those kind of results when you are older just takes more time, but the result is the same. Confidence is such a heavy drug.

Real asf, if you go though a phase like this and end up going thru a glow up everyone that rejected you all of a sudden thinks ur hot/attractive, and if they ask you out you give up them the same energy they gave you, it will never not feel good
I disagree. The people that initially rejected you were better than you mentally and physically. You improved yourself in a way that you are equal to them (a person that treats their mind and body right). I don't think instantly rejecting people who didn't like your former ugly ass self is the right decision. If you're a new person then act like a new person and see opportunities as new opportunities. You glowed up for a reason. Now put your ego aside and enjoy life.

I remember this kid who was the quietest/Smallest guy, was probably 5’6 130 our freshman year never played any sports or any of that. I remember 11th grade he came back after the pandemic and was legitimately 6’4 and was swole af. He somehow learned how to play basketball as well and became one of our best players
reminds me of my friend who was extra short saying he was a late bloomer, nobody believed him all of HS until senior year when he came back 6'3 from 5'8.. was humbling
