Hearts of Iron IV is a grand strategy wargame developed by Paradox Development Studio and published by Paradox Interactive. Released on June 6, 2016, it is the sequel to Hearts of Iron III and part of the Hearts of Iron series of grand strategy games focusing on World War II. The player may take control of any nation (or virus apparently) in the world in either 1936 or 1939 and lead them to victory or defeat against other countries.

Bro you should try playing The Empire Mod. It is basically the same except the start date is 1699. Top countries to play are Spain, France, Austria, Russia, Prussia, Ottomans, Mughals and Persia.

The battalions rotated yearly, with the First Kagnew Battalion arriving at the front in 1951. The Third Kagnew Battalion which arrived in 1953, stayed through the signing of the armistice into 1954.
