If you use larger surface areas and bury the metal deeper so that all the of the surface is making contact ... it will increase the voltage dramatically. Also make a 5 gallon bucket of salt water. An entire box of salt to make it strong, and pour around the area where the metal is buried, you will increase the conductivity of the soil.... Also you can drive a nail into a nearby tree and connect to the nail for positive, and the metal buried as negative. The wind blowing through the branches and leaves generates a current down to the roots because of the constant movement of the branches and leaves due to the wind. Increasing the energy output at this point is only a matter of expanding to multiple trees in a parallel manner by doubling and tripling and so on the collectors. ( 1Tree = 1 collector) ... ( 2 trees = 2 collectors) ...

This is what Niccola Tesla was doing in Cripple Creek, Colorado. Our soil is very rocky, and quartz and granite full, which brings up our piezoelectric field, that's probably why he was here. ALL anybody knows, from seeing it, is Tesla running around putting into the ground what looked like "rods" (no one knows WHAT, a conductive device,) ESPECIALLY after thunderstorms. I am here because I have given myself the goal of not paying my gouging energy company anymore. My goal is do to this in one year, and I am just thrashing around at this point gaining knowledge. I remember a friend of mine who was a military contractor talking about tech like this. Basically, he said he saw a prototype prefab building with plates driven into the ground that had power with no need for an electrical grid. This was in Afghanistan back in 2010 or so. He only saw it once and didn't know if it was some proprietary corporate technology or what but it fascinated me. This is the first I've seen of someone actually experimenting with it because I never knew what it was called.

I did an art project few years ago with earth batteries but with plant pots. It was working pretty well using acidic soil (consequently with plants requiring this type of ph), copper and zinc rodes and I could gather 5volts, amps were a bit low but adding more "batteries" in serie was much better. I think humidity of the soil, the size, the surface and the distance of the anode and the cathode can make a big difference. Looking forward to try it in nature! Great presentation. Might I suggest that you use a 4ft copper and stainless steel rods? The upper layer of the earth on how dry is really superficial. Boring in a 4ft copper rod by a creek as the positive and the stainless steel rod by your house as the negative. Let's say that the creek is a hundred yards away from the house. Bead a wire from the creek and one by your house. The positive line will be inches of touching the negative stainless steel rod. Coil up a 1ft tube of copper wire then exit to attach the wires to a pulse motor. Place a narrower coiled up tube to fit in the larger one. Volt test the coil. And see what you get 😁

I’ve experimented with earth currents. The changes in power from various materials indicates at least part of the power generated is electrochemical. The depth and composition of the “electrodes”, mineral makeup of the soil, pH, moisture content, and any number of other variables make a difference. I used stainless rods to minimize electrochemical reactions. There may be additive or cancelling currents as well. After experimenting for days in several locations I never did come up with definitive criteria. Inserting the spike as little as an additional inch or moving it a foot raised or lowered the voltage sometimes arbitrarily. Sometimes the power changed with moisture but not always. Sometimes it went up and sometimes it went down. I think it just depends on what the makeup of the subsurface materials and stratification, as well as the cumulative contact area between the various subsurface materials and the rods is at any given location. Like you did in the video, manipulating the rods produced variations. It was frustrating but fun.

Galactic current sheet is connected to the heliospheric current sheet that is connected to the Interplanetary magnetic field (IMF) which is then connected to the global electric circuit. Movement of charge flows through the L-shell magnetic field induced by the global dynamo magnetic field. Current must go somewhere...it's simply tapping into whats already flowing.....grounding.

When looking for telluric currents Use the same material for both the anode and the cathode to isolate out galvonic reaction. You'll need seperation distance to have electrical potential. And you should try placing electrodes in a circle equal distance from a center electrode as youll find one electrode on the circle has the highest voltage, and another will have the lowest voltage with respect to the center electrode. Throughout the day You'll find that the direction of current will change.

To add to the conversation, I had some thing interesting and surprising that happened to me a few years ago.. I am a Ham Radio operator. I had two copper ground rods just out side my ham shack window. One was a 4 foot rod and one was an 8 foot rod. I decided to connect their #8 wires coming into the house together in hopes of an improved ground area and better grounding effects... AS soon as I touched the wires together to bond them there was a loud snap and I got one hell of a shock... I never took this any further but think the two different length ground rods had a different ground potential and in essence a potential difference between them... Any knowledgeable Ham knows that if you have a potential difference you get a voltage and a current flow when they come together. I say forget the copper and the Zinc and work with the different lengths of copper 2 to 1, 3 to 1 length variance and take some measurements to see what is happening here...... Just sharing ideas here for maybe some thing to be developed that will help humanity with cheaper power. The best to all.

You could do a similar test with growth rate of a plant I would imagine, if you had two plants with the same environment but for one you tried to find a way to draw out all the current maybe thru this earth battery in the pot under load to use the energy and see if any growth differential occurs.

Hi Robert , it's interesting harnessing the earths energy and using it for different things . I lived in the mountains near Byron Bay , Australia . I lived in a little hut in the forest . Now I received an injury , a cut over my eye splitting the eye brow erea . I'm not a fan of doctors or hospitals , but lean more to the alternative side of healing :) . I happen to be ,a little psychic . I was wondering what I should do to heal the cut over my eye , when I was inspired to get a tall staff , and a crystal with a deep root . I was guided to carve a hole in the end of the staff and place the crystal root into the end of the staff with the termination of the crystal pointing upwards from the staff . The staff had a v shape , at the base where it connected wth the ground . I was then guided to go into the forest , and find the spring I knew off , as the earth energy flows most strongly through this place through the spring water . A lay line , of earth energy :) . So I made the staff , and took it to the spring , and was guided to put the v shaped base of the staff into the earth at the spring , and to direct the current through the staff , and crystal that focuses the current into a beam or lazier like device , and use the force to heal my cut . Well , imagen my surprise when I drew the staff toward my cut ,a bit quick , and a strong spark come out of the staff and went up over and zapped me on top of my head . TRUE . :) Of course this made me jump back in surprise , and I then proceeded again with a slower manner and alittle more distance between the wound and the crystal . This time I could control it much better and proceeded to energitally sew the wound by moving the current which clearly tingled , back and forth across the wound . I share this Experence , to inspire folks to EXPEREMENT for themselfs . You can plug your own staff into a spring or lay line , and direct the force into any wound or area that needs healing . Your literally feeding life force , directly into the desired area , by doing this , and this heals you. The crystal condenses and focuses the force for your application :) the wooden staff is a conductor connecting the earth force, life energy , from the lay line to where you point the crystal . :) Sounds like the work of a magician , because it is . :) and it really does work ! Enjoy :) Magic Happens :)

I propose an efficient use for this type of battery may be in parallel with another generator, like a micro wind turbine: the voltage from the Earth battery keeps the diodes open in your rectifier, increasing usable power, even in low wind conditions? I wish to try it. My hypothesis: The Earth battery works similarly to the rain fuel generator; Different regions of moisture and charge within the soil act as the singular rain drop does. Prediction: different coating(s) of the electrodes in conductive ink (or similar) and/or polyurethane (or similar) will increase power. I want to experiment with various large surface area aluminum foil anodes on the south side of a freestanding plastic (electrically isolated) garden box and graphite rod cathodes on the north. Add two or three Daisy wind generators, and I might have a trickle (or better) 12v battery charger. This RU-vid channel rocks!
@marcteigh8633
@marcteigh8633 3 года назад
Fascinating. I think if you were anticipating microamps, then perhaps a 1K resistor might have been a smidge on the low side. Perhaps 1M to begin with? It's a pity that all "coking foil" is aluminium, be great to have access to a very cheap HUGE surface area that could be played around with. If there is any "non corrosion" based power generation, I am guessing two IDENTICAL electrodes should yield *something* - so perhaps there is merit in playing with a 10 metre roll of foil for about £1 :)
@soloman9151
@soloman9151 Год назад
Hi, great content by the way - but I was wondering since Aluminium surprisingly seemed to produce 1 full volt as compared to most of the other scrap metals -yielding less output and people toss out their old TV antennas - which are seemingly aluminium tubing - and one commenter below suggested that driving the metal deeper into the ground so that its nearly completely covered - increases the voltage dramatically - then getting hold of as many old discarded TV antennas as possible and using relatively long lengths of that wasted or discarded source of aluminum tubing might actually be worthwhile doing and wiring them in series over an entire backyard might produce a sizeable set up that could even be used for recharging car batteries and everyday household items and tools that use batteries - and all for free - as you could charge tools etc constantly and thus reduce electrical grid power consumption - a big consideration these days with ever increasing mains power costs to householders.

Nice experiment. I only just now found your video. I discovered this for myself about a year ago. I was reading on a wet day, one probe of my multimeter in the ground and the other (positive) lead, I stuck into the bark of a tree and was getting .97v dc. I was surprised that I was getting any electricity within the tree because wood is an insulator, so I think I was reading from the water/moisture in the tree. Especially since it was wet, but I was still intrigued by it nonetheless. Especially was curious about the surface area of all of the roots because it was a very large tree.

Very pleased to have this pop up in my feed. I have toyed with these ideas as well along with using trees and maybe even a corrosion based system for people near the ocean where you could cascade the salt water through boxes with dissimilar metals, maybe like a little labyrinth or something. There was a story or tale of an experimenter guy our here in Utah that was a scout master that lived about 100 years ago. The old timers claimed he would put out probes to light the area on campouts. My thought on this has always gone a couple directions. I always thought that if telluric, there may be more voltage be creating distance between the probes to better exploit the ground current differentials. I have done some experiments here but I live in the proximity of some high tension lines that may be creating induction on my conductors. I need new probes for my old O-scopes to look at the wave form but now they probably have soft o-scope good enough for what I would use it for.... I need to check that... Wish and Temu.. lol This brings up another point. I have suspected that if done correctly you should be able to somehow exploit the magnetic flux of the earth. IIRC is that about 7.8Hz? If so creating the correct LC tank may allow for better extrapolation of the energy. Now that we have 1 farad caps for car stereos and things it seems like it would be possible. Before I was toying with the idea of tuning "Wine Bottle Caps" popular amongst Tesla Coil enthusiasts, Of course I have some other ideas how I could use such a capacitance bank as we move deeper and deeper into low-voltage solid state devices... for which I won't mention publicly here as it might get the wrong kind of attention... lol Anyway I might revisit these earth and tree batteries and pair the experiment up with a "Joule Thief" style circuit as I think you could produce usable lighting in a long term grid down scenario. Always keep extra Diodes and transistors in your Faraday junk box.. just sayin'... lol

I had read an article years ago about telegraph lines that were generating their own power, enough power that workers had received a good shock even though the power supply was off. The explanation was that it was similar to a river. The river being the electricity wanted to get from point a to point b to achieve equilibrium, but had to follow a tortuous winding path. The telegraph line produced a straight line, like a canal that allowed a less restrictive path. Interestingly when these telegraph lines fell out of favor and had been cut for some period of time the effect was gone. As though the potential had found a different path. There were other examples of this phenomenon. I chalked it all up to an internet story like the 200mpg carburetor. Maybe there was more to it?
