That is such a good idea to just put an upside down bowl over the dough to rest instead of putting it in the bowl then covering with plastic wrap or a towel! That way you don't struggle trying to get it out of there! Why did I never think of that?!🤯💡
@@HammadAzeem would the empty space in the plastic covered bowl not be…air..? if you mean particles like dust, the dough on the counter would still be covered with the bowl
You can literally add what ever you like. For example you can add minced Chiken, beef or pork, chillie oil , cucumber and cilantro and i personally love them in chiken stew. You can do a vegen version as well.
The amount for the noodles are 2 cups of Flour 130 ml of Water (room temperature) 1 tsp of Salt About the flour personally think it's like maybe wheat it looks more like pasta than anything else I might be wrong
please be more accurate about the dough because when I tried this first time everything was exactly the same but couldn't make it. all I needed to do was to make a hard dough that's it. btw this tastes amazing
but why it stick when i boil it and starts breaking??? please someone reply i want my family to eat healthy noodles without very disgusting preservatives!!!! 😢😢😢
I made this but the noodles start melting the minute I put them to boil and I was left with this strange thing that can not be called noodles 😭 next time I tried not boiling them and put them straight into pasta sauce but the same thing happened again
i looked it up for you Why is my pasta melting? Using a pot that's too small.By using a pot that's not large enough, the water temperature drops significantly when the pasta is added. More so than if you were using a larger pot. While the water returns to a boil (which can take a while), the pasta gets clumpy and mushy sitting in the pot
Why the fuck would your parents prevent you from eating the most common food on the planet that’s also healthy for you? What did they make you eat McDonald’s instead? Unless you’re talking about processed ramen noodles then that makes sense because that shit isn’t even pasta.
