Awesome I've watched a lot of your videos and it's helped me a bunch, thanks for sharing. I've actually done a few cuts with only detachable and I like it better so thanks.
@@lyndonreid3521 It prevents wear and tear on the lever. The lever never stops in the same position. Turning the motor on and off over and over is not good. Facts, not opinion from a professional clipper repair tech.
@@DBLG65 I'm a manly man who fixes things so I'll value my facts as much as the clipper tech until I meet him... It's my opinion though in fact that leaving it running while you change blades is just annoying and whatever wear that would come to the on and off switch is negligible.
@@lyndonreid3521 Takes me seconds to go from blade to blade. So turning ithe clipper off is unnecessary. I said wear and tear on the motor, not the switch. What ever works for you.
Hello sir, There may be a little play in-between the grove of the blade and the hinge of the clipper so Try GENTLY pinching the the inside of the blades together alittle bit not to much though,,, this should take the blade sound down some,,, this use to work for me with the old ones. Be Blessed & Prosperous, Cut alot of hair!!!
Thank you for this video, I personally use Oster Octans and love them, but looking for another cordless detachable clipper and I believe Oster have the best detachable clippers out there. Keep doing your ting man. Barber Love
Great work! The only thing is I’m listening on headphones and the clipper was super loud and annoying! Been a professional for 30 years and I dislike the 76 because of the sound
The cordless oster 76 are trash and a waste of money actually the cordless oster 76 and the wired oster 76 are two different machinessss the wired ones are way way moreee stronger the wireless one don’t even have the carbon brushes in them
@@dolbowen150 I bought a pair of 76ers off ebay and they stopped working after a month, luckily I got a refund. Atm im using the andis zupra 2 and the andis mvp. Both are superb
