Can you spell out the name of this dish please? It looks amazing and I’d like to make it but I’m curious if there’s specific measurements for the spices and other ingredients. If there isn’t I suppose it’s very straight forward but I’d like to make it as close as I can. Thanks
I made this today and it was absolutely delicious! My Husband and I loved it! I cut and added large sliced onions with the potatoes to eat more vegetables
In India we use yogurt for marination or butter milk bcas it make the chicken or any non-veg dish tender and delicious. It gives a sour taste and flavor, some people do not use tomatoes when curd or yogurt is mixed with the other ingredients. We just use spices, in southern part of India yogurt is also used in sea food marination (instead of lemon)
Good food. One word of advice sister, please try cover front part of your hair. In Islam it teaches us to support our brothers and sisters in righteous path Ameen
I use soya red chilli pepper garlic olive oil parsley and onion and let the meat some hours to marinade before cooking... this way is fantastic like this one here... also yoghurt helps to make all ingredients stuck easily all over the meat... By replacing red chilli pepper with curry powder i get chicken curry...
