Do you think that I should start posting content as soon as I get my real estate licence, or start AFTER I have social proof from helping clients using other methods ie cold calling door knocking. Definitely leaning on the content creation side but would love to hear your input.

You definitely want to get started right away 🙏🏼 Do not wait... it's important to post about your journey as soon as you get licensed, sharing more about who you are, what you're into, open houses you run, everything you're doing, while also prospecting. Doing both in the beginning is important until you start generating leads from content... then you can slowly back off prospecting a bit!
