In today's video with cooked one of the easiest holiday meals. Double Smoked Spiral ham. We purchased a precooked spiral cut ham from our local grocery store, unpacked it, slathered it in Bear & Burton's W Sauce, then gave it a light coating of Northwoods Smokehouse's Northern Lights Pork Rub.
Then into the @GMGrills Ledge pellet smoker at 250 degrees for 2 hours, until the internal temperature was 130 degrees. We pulled it off, then slathered it again in W sauce (Worcestershire). Put it back on the smoker for another 15-20 minutes until we hit an internal temp of 140 degrees.
We let it rest 10 minutes, then sliced into it, and served it up!! This @wsauceofficial W Sauce hit just right, gave a great caramelized crust on the ham and added that sweetness with the pork rub!!!
Pre Cooked Spiral Ham
Slather with W Sauce
Coat with favorite seasoning
Cook at 250 Degrees in your smoker
Pull Ham off at internal temp of 130 degrees
Slather with W sauce again
Return ham to smoker until internal temp of 140 degrees
Let rest 10 minutes
Cut, serve and enjoy
UPDATE: Eating this ham as leftovers the next day it was even better!! Perfect for sandwiches or with eggs for breakfast!!
