Thank you!! This is the first workout Ive found in 4 years that has taking 90% of my post 10 pound baby stomach weight away! Im noticing my pants button and the definition on my stomach and the drop in sizes!! im so excitied! Its easy to do with a toddler too cause it only takes a few mins each morning! What a great find!!!!

Love this ! You go straight to the video and show what's coming next. One of the best I've seen recently. Great workout to add to my daily routine. I'm 74 and this is very easy for me along with my other daily healthy challenges. Thanks for adding the timer🥰💟 I've now subscribed to your channel.

OK. I can do this. Very simple moves. I love how you kept it simple and basic and just about anyone can do it. Other youtubers be making exercise videos that are impossible to complete and are clearly meant only for those who're already physically fit. Not beginners. So I thank you for this. Simplicity always wins in the end.

Third day doing this and these have become my favorite workouts! I do multiple sets of these with additional workouts to extend for 20 mins. Hopefully I see results by July doing this everyday! 🤞🏾

Day 1 (11/03/23): Did it 2 times and it wasn't that bad but i was a bit sweaty, with this i am hanging on a bar for 30 seconds and a plank for a minute Day 2 (12/03/23): Did it 2 times and i was quite tired in the beginning but was motivated to do it again. With this a hang on a bar for 30 seconds and a 1 minute plank Day 3 (13/03/23): Dit it once and that's it Day 4 (14/03/23): Did it once. With this a hang on a bar for 30 seconds and a 1 minute plank.
