When you expand your awareness you can intuitively gain knowledge of the world because its just knowledge of people, its intrinsic For example the extream stress of hatred meditation (our upbringing dose not acknowledge righteous anger-an easy blind spot) and its the easiest emotion to roots you in the body. This exercise is not about being hateful in your life. These ideas are from the book cultivating power: the art of self development you can surch for it in amazon if you like In the book it say you want to amplify you would cume up with 3-4 scenarios where you would naturally feel anger. E.g. someone disrespecting you in public, another man trying to seduce your wife etc.. whatever it may be.now dont try to force the feeling aggressively just go through each of the 4 scenarios and then keep switching between them at RANDOM and the emotion running throughout will become amplifyed on its own. You can keep pushing it further antil you reach your limit then wave your hand as fast as you can so its blurred and naw amped up as you are try to see your fingertips clearly. It can help to be aware of your wrist use it to know there your fingertips are. repeat for 3 set, dont do the exercise again for at least 2 weeks. This simple exercise grounds you in the body and brings you awareness to the moment without having to go through a life or death situation.
I just want to say this is one of the best responses I've ever seen in regards to these topics. I typically don't like blackpill spaces as I feel they're filled with a *certain type* of person, but in reality i believe in it about 30-40% I'd say. I'd say socialization factors and awareness also matter a lot more than some let on and many do seem to suffer from poor social development (in part maybe a genetic thing aka autism). But I think your response lays it out the best, once you are able to process the reality before you with awareness and work through your emotions (which I have done to some extent), the anger slowly resides and you learn to play more within the system's rules. I think ultimately we are just primal creatures, trying to run away from our true nature. But men have been so violently conditioned (to a point I feel is unethical) to be so disconnected from their instincts and the truth.

I don't know what number I am on the looks scale, but I have been told I was extremely attractive and even been said I could model. Even have height advantage at 6 foot 5. Blue eyes, I don't know about a 10 but I certainly don't see guys looking like me. The whole idea women throwing themselves at you is absurd and misleading. Yes women are more likely to sleep with me, yes I get looked at more, especially by older women but it simply isn't a landslide like you think. yes you're speaking the truth, looks aren't the king of the throne, it helps yes it does help, but with just looking good you aren't going to get far with women because with looks involving sexual attraction it is all objective, some women may only be attracted to white men if they're 6ft+ and skinny, and those same women may only be attracted to black men if they're average height but a lot of muscle, looks are subjective when it comes to sexual attraction, the only way a man can objectively get more women, and have an easier time to sleep with them is to increase his money in which increases his lifestyle that's the only way, being 6'5 6'4 with muscles or nice face doesn't give you big boost, it gives a boost, but don't expect to be smashing and thrashing baddies
This video is a great example that even if you are hyper attractive. Misery will just make its nest somewhere else in you. The prospect of hooking up with girls may be 100% looks based. Finding a partner may be 70% looks based. But life is enough in control that its available for everyone to do what they can, and see how they feel. We all get to die anyway.

Chad can get his foot in the door with his looks but if he can’t pay for a date she will eventually lose attraction. A wealthy or famous man will always have a better selection of women than a chad. That’s just how they’re programmed. A women just after your money isn’t true love but a woman just after your looks isn’t either.
