Was briefly looking at the links you put in description. Did not see any info on the switch plate and fuse box. Wondering if those parts would still work on a 2023 model. Do you have part numbers on those items?
I love the switch plate and followed your instructions to install it in my 2021 Talon. I recently bought a supernova light bar that says it needs to be attached to the high beams. I am using one of the 30 amp switches for the bar and was wondering if I can attach the high beams wires to the other 30 amp switch on the panel instead of splicing it to the globe. Any suggestions are appreciated.
great video! just ordered your talon emblem for the tractor supply box last week and stumbled onto this did toy have to modify or use anything else to mount the switches above your rear view?
I bought the 8 Gang switch. I have a Teryx 4. Any recommendations on where I should mount it under the hood? I don’t want it to get soaked if I end up going through water.
Sorry to bother u my question is this are u planing on doing a dual battery set up I just purchased a talon x4 I’m wanting to instal some lights and sound bar but I can’t make up my mind if I should do a dual battery
Honestly, if you’re not planning on running a crazy stereo or whatever, I have found one battery is plenty for your accessories. I have never needed a dual setup and I run easily five to six accessories on my machines. -Garrett
@@DerangedOffRoad I am wanting to install a 40’ single role light bar and I have rear view mirrors with front lights and a sound bar and maybe 2 usb hookup for phone and tablet would that be ok or to much
I bought the switch plate and love it. I’m hoping you can help me with a question I bought a supernova light bar and it says it has to be connected to high beams to get power. I am using the 30 amp for the bar, do you think I can use the other 30 amp switch to wire the high beams? Any advice is appreciated. file:///var/mobile/Library/SMS/Attachments/73/03/F054F67B-A94B-4A05-B8CD-DD950E9E9A81/IMG_9727.jpeg
Under the hood and dust cover, there is a blue connector with nothing on the end of it. One of those two wires is the key on power. I believe it’s the green and white one. You can buy the pigtail or just splice in. I think I point out the correct wire in the video. -Joe
@@DerangedOffRoad Thank you. I am still undecided how to handle switches in the new Talon. I don't want to destroy the dash by installing switch plates; I did find a remote switch controller - but rather pricey.
I wouldn’t buy this one! Mine is junk and I know another guy who’s had 3 of them and all were junk! The Chinese are out to get us Americans one way or another!!
I just installed the 8 switch and i couldn't get power from the wire in back of the battery, mounted eveything but could not get power connected the wire w blue tape to battery to no avail could.the trip fuse be burned I reset the switch and still nothing
Dude you covered the winch Solenoid mount. That power plate should be some other place. Not what I would do,. Check out other videos and you will see what I mean.
