So, the most fascinating thing about this whole podcast was learning that Craig Jones read The Power Broker lol. Anybody who isn’t familiar - it looks like an encyclopedia and is a notoriously tough read about (in a nutshell) old NY politics and city planning. Her must’ve hated NYC so much that he became curious how it became this way lol.

just a tip for nicky nicotine narrows down blood pathways as far as i know, which means less oxygen during rolling, quitting zyns would probably increase his cardio after two weeks of come down

@@ScuffedLandlordI meant a better human. I don't know them but from what I've seen of both Nicky Ryan is a better human. In jiu jitsu knowledge who knows. Yes Gordon seems to be able to implement his knowledge better. Gordon also has a few more things on his side. No time limit, no weight cut and who am I kidding Gordon is better in competition.
