The location is perfect. I wouldn’t buy but would definitely rent here. No balcony but I would rather sit by the pool or in 1 of the lounges than on sit on a small balcony. I would also prefer a washing machine in the room but no big deal. New & refreshing condo. Can’t wait to check it out 😁
Is there a clothes dryer after the washing machine? I mean I know the room of The Edge and there is no where where to hang clothes to dry so this is very problematic if there is no several dryers.
I just recently stayed in the edge for 2 weeks, I love the high security and staff there., Nice location by my favorite Thai restaurant "Kiss Restaurant".. How much are the price for one bedroom now, i'm looking to buy a condo now.

Still a problem in Thailand despite the the country land being huge condos are graves and prices insane for this condo are 9000 USD/SQM that is the same price in a first-world city like Berlin
Outrageous price for such small studio n view nothing of beach. Pattaya is province n not bkk but asking more than sukumvit area i get 5 mil hyde sukimvit

Everytime I see good daily rates at the Edge I am thinking of renting for just some days. But then I never do it, because the condos don't have a damn balcony...
@@PearlPropertyPattaya prices are ok. the infrastructure of the house is perfect and you are in center of town. and- the rooms are furnished in top quality. most condos for rent have horrible furniture.
Location is good, same as Grand Avenue or any other Condos on Soi 15, in the back of Avenue Mall. Let's Fact check the difference. Edge No Balcony ? Small Condo Size for a 1 bedroom ? Sqm Price for Thai name or Farang Name ? Grand Avenue Has Balcony 😉 Has small 35 sqm and also 52 sqm - 1 bedroom condos. Farang Sqm prices ~ 65.000,- Baht. You can judge for yourself. Waiting for some Real Estate Realtor that is promoting the EDGE to answer the above questions for the EDGE. cheers.
@@claudiospies1905 dear Claudio for a normal holiday a hotel is always better, you have daily room service, breakfast and the reception desk around the clock. Edge is good for people who stay long and take the big apartments. Edge has an extreme security which is a big plus! But again…. normal hotels are more relaxing!
That's great congratulations. Yes many places now have gigabit available. You can ask at juristic office what's available. Most companies like cat telecom and AIS provide router as well.

@@davidli90 - Wow! Those are both expensive for Thailand. 😳 I’m paying that for my studio apt. here in the US. And here I thought prices were more reasonable and affordable in Thailand. @@StevenGrahamHypnotherapist Edge is new and state of the art. Of course you find condos in Pattaya for half the price. But often rundown... Thailand is not a poor country and Pattaya is ideal for Bkk people. A lot of money in Bkk.
it was built for chinese vacationers. But only for this. You can see it in the very special color scheme. Also on the rather inferior looking, ill-conceived furnishings. I think it doesn't cost 100b to open the fridge to the right side. Without the Chinese, it can quickly become an investment ruin.
@@DeeKay68 I dont have a lot of money und for some offer like that never enough. Pattaya is not NY. Compare with local prices. VT6 f.e. get double size for lower price and the quality looks better to.
@@DeeKay68 The view can be a problem for the edge to. Its developed for chinese short time user and only for them. I dont know what is with reseller prices in some years and if the chinese loose their interest. Then is the price more at 600 000 then 6000 000. For other user have much better Condos there. Nothshore have not so much problems with the view.

Do not disuss the price. Jay Pritzker, co-founder of Hyatt Hotels, said once: 3 things are import for a building. 1 - Location, 2 - Location and 3 - Location.
Yes what’s is it used for? It’s part of your monthly bill as common area that Pattaya condos bragging for and they can’t be used by residents ? So it looks like just a scam using it for astronomical price
