Careful - the cinnamon does not dissolve in plain water (see it floating in the video) and you could easily end up choking on this. Better to boil some small cinnamon sticks in water for a few minutes to flavor the water, remove the sticks and add the lemon if you want to make this. Lemon juice is pretty acidic and can eat away the enamel. A better suggestion would be to use 5-6 drops of essential lemon oil (distilled from the rind, not squeezed from the pulp) if you plan on using this on a regular basis to freshen your breathe.
