The graphics looked like shit even in 2002. Metroid Prime came out in 2002. Final Fantasy X came out in 2001. 3D games were capable of looking decent, and Morrowind did noooooot

This was my first Elder Scrolls and honestly my first TRUE Western RPG. Beforehand, I mostly played JRPGs so when I started this game, at the behest of my older brother, it was kind of a "culture shock" for me. I was never faced with a game where they throw you out into the world with a smack on the bum and a wave. And now, even so many years later, I probably know Vvardenfell better than my own hometown. This series, specifically this game, means more to me than I can express.

I too was hurting when a lot of these games cam out. I am now able to play them. I actually started with IV first. i was told this was turn based fighting, like a D&D game. and so stayed away. it looks here just like IV. thanks for this. sub earned

I don't know how many times I started a character in Seyda Neen. So many Sam, so many lol. This was the first game I got into modding, and damn, it just changed the game for me. Holy shit Caius Cosades. Memories man!! Watching this really makes me want to give The Elder Scrolls Online Morrowind expansion a go. I do miss wearing under clothes under armor, plus having a robe over everything. I know it's old now, but I hope you enjoyed your time playing.

I started with Skyrim a couple of years ago, then went on to Oblivion and have started Morrowind this year. I love all three, but I'm finding the plot for Morrowind the most interesting and love how nothing is just handed to you. Thanks for uploading

Love morrowind to bits and enjoy going to bed with this playing in the background but the volume is way too low and have to crank volume up to full which comes as a major shock when an advert pops up!

I Remember getting GOTY edition in 2004 my brothers said oh your gonna play that dumb game lol two weeks later they were making there own guy and playing hours on end too, and we learned off each other I used to go to the library or somewhere with internet access to look up tips and tricks lol.

Tried to find a quick let’s play of morrowind so I could binge the 3D elder scrolls series this was the only one I could find. I’ve completed Skyrim and I got oblivion a while back but never got to complete it so I’m gonna watch this and play oblivion

My little brother groaned in disgust at the graphics when I picked up morrowind again. This is what I grew up with, thank you. So easy to fall into the uncanny valley with the newer games. Too real. Unnerving. Also mind meltingly shallow in storylines now.

How many memories and how many hours spent playing this game! If you have problems with Morrowind like the mouse hasn't a smooth movement, expecially inside houses, try to not set the music volume to ZERO, try to set it really really low but not totally mute. I've solved in this way a problem that I had with this wonderful piece. Best regards.

I really want to play this. I've only ever been able to play Skyrim and Oblivion. This game came out before I was even born haha. I'm happy that there are playthroughs like this one so that I can somewhat experience the earlier games. I think it would be really nice if the earlier games were remastered instead of just Skyrim. Whether they played them before and loved it or are new, I'm sure that a lot of people would want to play... me included

Checkout "Skywind" my dude. Maybe you've heard of it but it's a fan made project consisting of Morrowind in Skyrims' engine. An actual release seemed bleak for a while, it's been in production for over five years I think... but anyway it seems to be almost complete! Peace.

@@nevm5776 this is my problem as well now! I started to play again just 2 days ago. I feel like the best way is to take max 2-3 quests at a time and just complete them. But so far I exploited a gold glitch making potions and getting infinite gold, so now I'm focusing on getting my skills up ;) and what I see, my character will be so overpowered.. enchanted light armor, with infinite gold you can put very strong effects

I remember buying this game and my mother using a mod for Turkish translations because you couldn't get the game in Bulgarian or Gagauz. Came back to the game years later with a nudity mod in my early teens. Loved this game more than Skyrim and Oblivion, but Redguard was even better story wise.

@@GameMarathonRunner01 It's fine. I still turn on god mode in some cases when the game is so wack there's no way to get through an area otherwise. I usually have to do it for Larrius Varro's "bloodbath" at the Council Club because it's flipping tedious to try taunting everyone into attacking me first.
