Morrowind is the game of my childhood just as much as Gothic is, you should definitely play it Miśka ;) Also as people above me said, you should try also Oblivion and Skyrim both are very good and long RPGs.
Try one, you will see. The old Morrowind has outdated gameplay and graphics, an old gen quests log (prepare to use paper to write some quest tips given by npc that won't record in the quests log) and no quest marker on the map/compass. But it was my first open world rpg, a great visual and immersive slap at this time (and some bugs...), nostalgia makes me not so much objective, and i still love this game a lot. Oblivion is the best in my opinion, still a bit outdated without visual modding, but easier to play and has enchanting musics. However, I didn't like the repetitive closing of donjons in demons' plans. Fortunately, you don't have to close them all to finish the game. The most recent Skyrim has the nordic mood that hit many hearts. Better graphics, awesome when modded. Quite "déjà vu" overall story, but good sidequests and donjon puzzles. Oblivion and Skyrim main quests are quite short, but can be extended with exploration and many side quests you can get (or miss) with npc.
If you wanna play game where you will be treated as greek hero like Achilles or Hercules play Skyrim. If you want to vibe of Arthurian Legends, and want to be a knight that supports Arthur to fullfill his destiny play Oblivion. If you really really like RPG games, and want to be involved in an amazing game that deconstruct heroism, mythology and spectacle, play Morrowind. If you want to delve into the true essence of what a computer rpg game is play Daggerfall Unity. Skyrim has best melee and ranged combat. Oblivion has the most fun side quests. Morrowind has the best magic system and main story. Daggerfall is something else entirely for better and worse.

Morrowind music and ambiance are the best in the elder scrolls series, such a unique experience the sound of the keys reminds me of the rain on Balmora's streets

I think the hurdy gurdy is the perfect instrument to play this theme. Not only is the sound perfect for the vibe, but the history of it as a Jewish busker instrument and the fact that it operates almost uniquely fits the games themes and also place in the history of crpgs. The only thing more fun to play morrowind is to dream about the world it could be... can't wait for the feeling to be renewed so Ican experience the aliennes of the lands but in a less meme state...
