when i was younger i wanted to play oblivion so bad because a friend of mine had it but my pc could not handle it. So i bought Morrowind at a used games shop. My brother and i took turns to play. We got each our own character. It was magical.
Heh heh, we all have ES memories like that. When I started to study back in the mid-nineties, I bought a PC (for study purposes, of course...). One of the first games installed was of course Daggerfall. Spent many MANY hours just walking around there, and even more hours in those huge dungeons in that game :-)

Never completed the game but I remember being very peaceful while traveling the world and listening to the soundtrack. Until those cliff racers attack you. The world felt really alien yet familiar.
I played oblivion and Skyrim before this game, morrowind was the only one that managed to keep me interested into it's main story and it still is one of the greatest game I've ever played. And of course the ost is just incredible
When i finally decided to go to solsthium then while traveling there i heard this music i litrally get emotional becouse suddenly flood of memories came to my mind when i was 12 and had played morrowind for the first time now am 25...and sry for the english its not my mother toung :(
J'ai joué à Morrowind, Oblivion et Skyrim. Malgré la claque graphique et le scénario de Skyrim, Morrowind reste le plus abouti parmi les deux autres, il m'a donné des souvenirs et des sentiments profonds et enchanté que je n'ai pas retrouvé dans les autres.
So many memories of annoying cliff racers lol but seriously morrowind is the best in the elder scrolls in my opinion your character doesn't feel overpowered like skyrim and oblivion
Morrowind lets you make the most overpowered characters in any elder scrolls game. Once you're past level 20 and you know what you're doing, you're nearly indestructible.

@@humbug2308 Morrowind 100% the best elder scrolls. It's sheer size and wonder keeps me playing it. I bought it at launch when I was a teen, and now I'm a middle aged man still playing it and still discovering things.
