Dream was the puppet master, he had strings on Quackity, George, Schlatt, and a few others. The problem is that Schlatt was stronger than he thought, and when he was busy with playing with his other puppets, Schlatt cut the strings and decided he wanted to have some puppets too.

The distant short clips of Techno building his new gear as part his new beginning in the server as a sub-arc of the story kinda fits. He still seems somewhat distant at the conflict but his raw power might become a tool for those who are in desperate need for him.

Yo i just realized something that probably wasn't intentional but its still cool. In the original Dream SMP war Dream quoted lion king and said "One day the sun will set on my time as ruler here" and then in Schlatt's speech after he was elected he said "The sun rises on another beautiful day." So the sun set and Dream lost the power and rose when Schlatt started and got all the power. Just thought that was a cool coincidence.

Dream smp is more entertaining than most Netflix shows

You know schlatt is a good villain when he makes you hate him, he’s a villain that we love, because we hate him, and others can’t seem to realize that, but I think I know who the real villain is, I think it’s techno, and here’s why, first of all, it’s not like techno to “chose a side” he more so makes his own empire, and after schlatt is defeated, techno’s gonna stab them in the back, and take the throne, as we know it’s something techno could do, and when he does, he’s gonna get dream to either rule by his side, or be the hero to his story, and with one of techno’s streams, he even said he wants someone to fight, he wants a someone to be the hero in his villain story in other words, and if techno is the real villain it would be surprising, as everyone believes it will be dream. Edit: just wanna say I was kinda right, but instead of have manberg for himself, he and Wilbur are gonna reduce it to the same resources it was made of.

Some people don’t realise this is all for fun, they keep sending hate to schlatt and people acting as if their friendships are ruined.

I love how everyone always depicts Schlatt as almost the devil. It’s ironic considering he claims to have faith in the church and his religion, yet we always see him with horns, symbolizing him as the devil.

You know Schlatt's presidency means a dark future when majority of the SMP is plotting against him.

As a huge Schlatt fan already, I LOVE his role in this SMP. He plays SUCH a good villain, so props to him for that.

the parallel between the smp war by sadist and this is great. when schlatt was talking about the sun rising it was like the smp war animatic except schlatt clearly is way more aggressive, almost like a sequel. That and the flash of dream for a couple frames really makes this feel like a sequel movie with an even scarier and more powerful villain and its honestly AMAZING

SHLATT IS SUCH A GOOD VILLAIN, OH MY GOODNESS! His voice, that delivery, the pure raw power...it sends CHILLS down my spine! In the past, the main mcyt villain was HitTheTarget. But now, in this new age, where all of us have grown...we have a new villain and new story arcs to look forward to. I'm so happy

CAN WE TALK ABOUT HOW THIS FITS WITH THE FIRST MOVIE?! Eret wanted to help tommy and Wilbur out even they knew he betrayed his own country, the way tommy yelled at Eret to leave the call is chilling knowing that they can't trust anyone after being betrayed big time. and Jschlatt is a amazing villain he really stands out for me in this war, hopefully if sad-ist uploads this it would include Fundy burning down the flag and Nikki wailing in grief because she trusted Fundy sm and her work on the flag. I also loved the way when Tubbo got insane because he was being torn between his leader, bestfriend and the the new president, Jschlatt shows that he still cares for Tommy and was only listening to Jschaltt because he was scared of what he can do to him and others. Techoblade joining to help them is also making the things go way more intense, we know EVERYONE on the SMP is scared tf out of him. quackity panicking just shows how powerful he is. I'm not sure about the dream team, but hopefully they can take part of this war.
