Amsterdam aims to become zero-emission and has a long and solid track record of promoting the use of electric vehicles in the city, putting an effective charging infrastructure in place and promoting, in general, the transition to electro mobility.

I definately preferred the OneWheel segment the most ⚡⚡ Man that bit next to the water musta been amazin. I thought they were quite strict against OneWheels/eBoards in the Netherlands. Some of those custom Supers were insane! Lookin forward to more countries/cities.

they are sometimes i don't life in Amsterdam myself but i life in another dutch city and they have fined me once and the other times they just ignored me. so its basicaly russian roulett for your punishment and the worste outcome is your device getting taken.

Man i heard that you are not allowed to ride in netherlands and that police can charge you 500€ ticket and take your onewheel away? so please where is the truth? Am from czech republic and ive been in amsterdam two times and i like to take my onewheel with me in the future.. thx

We didn't encounter any problems - to be fair we didn't come into contact with Police - We felt confident we could talk our way out being from another country ..... Like may countries its grey and as as long as its not an official PEV roadstop and if you're riding sensibly you should be ok ...

Well indeed the same is true in London. i I'd say it's a grey area and they haven't specifically outlawed One Wheels / Eskates, its more focused on escooters. However, we aren't going to get anywhere eaving our boars under the stairs until the legislation changes. Our job is to get out there , be courteous, safe and informed and highlight why PEV's should be embraced everywhere. As the film showcased you can ride in Amsterdam just don't ride like a Dick and if you get pulled over, film it and talk your way out of them seizing it... Dom on the Run sounds Adventurous- - Keep riding Bro as a collective approach is the only way forward for change .. :)

Super73 also from December. Too much engine power, it's not an e-bike.

@@skateelectricnik well you were right if you said this2 years ago, but they changed the rules from onewheels are not considerd vehicles to onewheels are illegal same as e-skate's and e-scooters without a license plate. and they definetly enforce the rules but not every cop knows them so its basicaly russian roulett if you get a 300euro fine or your board taken away or just a warning or in the best case they skip you and dont say anything. and i know they give fines because ive bin fined myself and a friend off mine just got warrned two times.
