Peter the second two bedroom is my favorite with a change to the kitchen a bar counter would make it stand out. but bedrooms are small, studio is too small. for the money. great video i feel the love for this, great showing just blows me away this video. you really believe in this, and it shows great work, almost got me to add this to list. but Prive is my dream. great showing Peter you have a great weekend sir. I can envision my wife and children sharing stories of our day around the dinner table before we head down to the near-limitless recreational options available near The Elser. Strolling through the area, it would be impossible not to be drawn into Bayfront Park's excitement. Bayfront Park is one of Miami's most beloved parks. Situated on Biscayne Bay, I love the sweeping views of the water and the city skyline. Of course, Bayfront Park is more than just a pretty place to take a walk. The park hosts various cultural events, including concerts, festivals, and art exhibits. My family and I love that there's always something going on, making it the perfect place to spend a day in the sun. My not-so-secret favorite thing to do is take a boat tour. While it is perfect for tourists, I can't help but love it. Guilty as charged. I'll close by saying the food choices in the area will satisfy any desire! My pick, without hesitation, is the Margherita pizza at Ben's in Bayfront. Total NY-style pie. I hope you are having an inspiring and productive week, Peter!

I have never commented, however as much as I love Miami and luxury. I hate heights. Did you know that 6% of people have acrophobia. The more you know.

With an average of 13 apartments per floor (assuming that every floor is dedicated to living, which it won't be) my initial thoughts are that we'd be packed in like a tin of sardines. Not for me this one Peter but great video nonetheless. Would they keep short term lease tenants away from permanent residents Peter? 🤙🤙🤙

Everyone loves the luxury life the problems most people have about buying luxuries are having enough money to buy one, but that won't matter if you have a stable financial life.
