This song fits Cid very well. Instead of trying to smother the flames or fight fire with fire. He's feeding it. His solution to dealing with the Cult of Diabulos is to feed into anarchy. He doesn't care about collateral damage. What he's trying to do force the Cult to collapse in on itself. And honestly, he's tactic is actually working. With all the chaos he's causing, the cult is starting to panic and play right into his hands.

Not gunna lie, I had my doubts in the early episodes of this anime but that fight sequence was top tier and the story really evolved by leaps and bounds in the second half. Really cleverly made by both the story creator, producers and animators. Still dunno if Cid will turn out to be the ultimate last boss or the last minute hero of the galaxy though. Could really go either way still. Though he's certainly setting himself up as the devil himself. Think deep down he wants to fight the ultimate opponent though and will do literally anything to do it.

Fun fact: Cid is psychotic enough to fight fire with gasoline and succede.

Actually, I hate to argue with whoever came up with the lyrics for the song but you can actually fight fire with gasoline it’s called a controlled burn so basically you like combustible stuff on fire before the forest fire actually gets there and then when it gets there it doesn’t have anything to burn and then it froze self out, so yeah, you can fight fire with gasoline. You just Gotta be strategic about it.

Doesn't make sense with the clips being presented, even 'Freedom · Nicklas Sonne' would make more sense considering the slaves. Edit: Though, I think the Coreline Nightcore version would better fit the pacing. Edit 2: I laid the song directly over this and it works so much better, in places with screaming about taking back freedom they tend to be screaming with rage. 😂

As someone who tried making a short video just for the fun of it, this is shocking how well you made the cuts and zooms in this video! Well done, keep going.
