In fact, I just was having a super hard time and I took myself for a drive to ease some of the emotional pain I was in and on my drive in my favorite area a brand new little fawn was stuck on a bridge so I pulled over and got it off the bridge and once it got off the bridge it turned around and leapt onto my lap and wanted me to hold it. It’s mom was nowhere so I picked it up and snuggled it. It put its head into my heart area And just laid there while I talk to it and told it that it would be OK. I held it for about three minutes and calmed down with my words then it was ready to get down and go hide in the tall grass and wait for its mom I went back later to check on it and it was gone from that area so I assumed the mom came and got it, it was the sweetest most awesome thing ever and got me out of my funk I mean who does that happen to? It didn’t make my life better, but it did make me feel better.

This brings to mind the Lakota creation stories which include water monsters (unktehi) little water monsters. All that water and scorpio and boundaries...whoo!😥

It's pretty simple. As there is now a global learning by empaths about the narcissist's evil ways, we are overly careful in who we let into our lives. Empaths have to test other empaths more vigorously because narcissists try and act like loving empaths at times.

I haven't watched the movie (Elsa) yet, but what you said, made me think about *the story of Amaterasu* ... Amaterasu lived in a small village, with a lot of (the usual) problems - instead of telling the people what they had to do, she let them watch into her mirror, so they could find a solution themselves. Instead of being grateful for being recognised as an intelligent person, they became angry because they only saw how ugly they had become. To give her a cookie of the same dough, they took away her mirror and let her watch into it herself. Amaterasu started to cry (and not for the reason you would expect) - what she saw, was a beautiful face and a lovely pair of comprehensive eyes. They had let her believe that she was ugly and mean and now, she saw that they had lied to make her sad. She didn't say a word, but took her mirror back and disappeared forever. She went living in a cave, far away from the world that made her feel so miserable and unwanted. People in the village regretted that they had treated her so meanly and told their children later that this was the day that the Sun disappeared (making starting the cycle over again...). In a certain way, I am Amaterasu and the situation has become so toxic, that I live isolated in an urban house. I don't want to react anymore because every solution I offer has been rejected for the wrong reasons and every project has been given to people that already have enough to enjoy a comfortable life. Instead of speaking, I write everything down in the comment area of RU-vid videos and the few reactions I get don't lie about how others perceive it - I'm a strange and detached woman that has to seek a good doctor or psychiatrist. Of course, they will change the narrative later to clean up the facade (shame and regret aren't digestible), but then it will be too late. I, indeed, am afraid that I can't control the things that happen when I am mentally in a bad place. It happened unexpectedly a few times before I could make the link and it was so frightening that I decided to stay away from triggering situations. There's always the element WATER involved (I seem to 'attract' water in the most literal way). Summer started cool and wet, here in Belgium, and my wooden front door hardly can be opened because it is soaked, which makes the feeling of isolation even more real. Will anyone miss me when I have disappeared, or will they only be alarmed when the bills are no longer paid in time? With that question in mind, I will leave this 'situation' for sure - it is time to move to a 'warmer and more welcoming place', where people just like me for being me and I don't have 'to prove' myself anymore ...

I sometimes wonder about the feedback loop. I honestly don't know what to do about it, except maybe isolation. What would happen if your emotional state could affect your surrounding reality, and reality could also affect your emotional state? Harmonic resonance is no joke.
