Ah, yes. The classic bethesda trope of "You COULD use this perk you spent 3 levels on and waited for many hours to get to hack this sciencey thing, or you could literally walk a foot to the left and grab the password"
honestly it makes sense for the main quest in order to not soft lock the player, but for side quest it should not be a thing unless you are made to really look for it
That can be a good thing or a bad thing, good for people who like to do things, and there's still ways we can do it while being low level. I see your point tho. Not everything needs that, it's to "let me hold your hand since your a child and don't know how games work"
"Hey, boss, its locked with a password, do we bring it back home?" "Nah, leave it. Not like we can ever open it." "But don't we have hackers?" "Shut up"
And then 50-75% of the mods readding them make them "good" (every mod for FO4 i can find and ran seems to have them go after the ferals and 'feral' supermutants heck one of them even had them trying to cure ghoulification and feral ghouls or atleast that was what it implied)
Mod: *exists* Me: *ah yes another armor to be added to my collection where I shall never touch it and it's only designed to make my safehouse look like a billionaire superhero's lair*
The most patriotic scene Preston Garvey, sentinel power armor, and a guy listening to military marching songs while also wearing x-02 power armor this gave me of feeling of pride and patriotism
@@stardustcomet4714 Hahaha, thanks man. Art ain't mine though. I found it as the coverart to a Christmas special song remix, and I don't know who the original artist it. They are really, really good though.
@@geckoh3963 but the capitalist propaganda fits the universe and well the whole Freedom or death thing is quite beloved by many cultures for.. obvious reasons.
@@cybrothepybro Most of it is going straight into Todd's wallet. Not to mention, these mod developers are selected by Bethesda to create boring ass content. The free mods from the Creation Club are from people who actually care for the game. Same goes for nexusmods.
The bright screen glitch happens if you try to play a holotape that's outside of the pip boy *i.e on a table* with your flashlight on. Not a problem with the creation, just a funny lil oversight by bethesda. :3
yep. bizarre little thing to do with the light. it's one of those things that just happens. Like trying to see your pipboy when your stealthed by chameleon gear and such.
20:40 Seeing a Glowing Radroach stuck in the ceiling to the tune of that particular moment in the music made me laugh way, way more than it should have.
Imagine all this with the BBQ on the burning dead bodies next to jerry cans filled with oil stolen from the Middle-East, while hearing someone reload a six-shooter and a bald eagle wearing a Maga hat flying in the background and the Enclave joining, yelling 'Murica!' in an explosion animated by Michael Bay. All drunk on some cheap knockoff of some german beer brand and Frank Horrigan subverting expectations and returning from the dead classic Hollywood style claiming Hamburg is in the US in front of an Europe map AFTER checking. Chinese workers speaking from behind a section of green screen that fell because the crew wasn't paid by Danks O'bummer and Dolan Gump to get rid of the guy who is obsessed with irish whiskey, colombian cocaine and driving into things with a monster truck.
@@bredoffender no, not really, X-02 mods are muuuuuch better, the inferno modification hell yeah and if we compare both power armor stats at the fullest level X-02 is better, actually, X-02 becomes the most powerful power armor in the game.
@@Chee6 yes but it's not got the quantum drip man Although yeah I'm a damn hellfire fan. Sure the X-02 is objectively more powerful, but it just does not have the drip
Mr. Soad I’ve been waiting for an NCR Ranger or Legion Centurion armor. RP as a Eastern Nomad wandering the wastes after the second battle of hoover dam.
I don't see how they're paid mods when many other games also release mini dlc including weapons, vanity items etc and they don't get classified as paid mods. But of course because its Bethesda they do that same thing and everyone calls it paid mods because there are free alternatives... Despite the fact there are free alternatives for the aforementioned other games.
Haha your followers seem to not be very well educated friend. Maybe you should tell them what the difference is between this so called "paid mod" concept and DLCs which is essentially exactly what these are. Stop calling these something they are not, people.
I’d like to see after completing this quest Random npcs will become hostile named something like Enclave spy or Enclave scout And random events to show that they are still on the look for the X-02
Just buy it your load order will thank you for 1 less mod to have conflict with the other 149 you got, oh also congrats you can now go find tht 150th mod again!!! Instead of squidward saying "future" im over here yelling an screeching "load order" L.O.A.D. O.R.D.E.R. ahhhhhh.....[head explodes] modding, modding never changes.....it just works(crashes to desktop) lolz
Well at that point, even with their current command structure they had basically been shattered. And were nowhere near as strong as they once were. But even so, it’d just end up being akin to "kill everyone and kidnap a few people so we can experiment on them." For the missions.
And fighting the Brotherhood, as they were a large threat, they could follow up on remnants taking occupation of another oil rig over the east coast, and taking hold of a missile silo, as to blackmail the brotherhood, And yes, this is a Reference to the “America Rising.” Enclave quest mod in fallout 4.
Teutonic Knight Of the Teutonic - Templar Order. A good mod. I loved playing that mod. Had way to much fun with it. I was worth killing the brotherhood and no longer be part of the minutemen.
I mean the brotherhood in fo4 is basically the enclave in fo3. Wanting to rid the wasteland of anyone who isn't a healthy human. Kill all ghouls(feral or not), all super mutants, etc.
Well it makes sense the Enclave Paint isn’t there cause the Sole Survivor doesn’t really know the Enclave and I didn’t really see any Enclave emblems to give the Sole Survivor any idea of what the Paint scheme would look like
Ox, the sole survivor wouldn’t know what the enclave is/was or even what their paint scheme looked like We do as the player but lore wise the sole survivor has no idea
He technically does if you play far harbor. The enclave gets mentioned by a guy who used be in it. Also it gets mentioned a few times. So he kinda does.
@@theovermind3307 You can actually talk to a member or 2 about the enclave. Specifically Paladin Danse. So the sole survivor knows about it in the base game.
@@theovermind3307 The only problem is the fact that the Enclave symbol never is mentioned or the fact what the enclave is exactly, this is why I don't get why the Sole survivor could empathize with an Organization that doesn't know(Except if you played the Institute Quest line)
The accent is called Mid-Atlantic and is prominent in American radio broadcasts and movies from the twenties until the end of WWII. Americans tried to sound cultured by trying to sound vaguely British.
Fair warning to PS4 players the XO2 frame is bugged to a point where it kills you as soon as you enter the power armor my advice to you to avoid this would be to loot the prices of XO2 from the frame and then go purchase a fresh frame from proctor Teegan or another armor vendor
7:45 the song called the paratroopers song or there was blood upon the rises, the start goes like this : He was just a rookie trooper and he surely sook with pride, he checked of his equipment and make sure his pack was tied , he had to sit and listen to the awful engines rawr, and you ain’t gonna jump no more “
I remember back in 2011 i was playing fallout 3 for hours and one day my dad surprised me when i got back home school he's the reason why fallout has a special place in my heart he was playing on my game and he got me a powerfully shotgun and the X-02 power armor it was my main suit then around feb 2015 he passed away and when fo4 came out i was kinda sad the suit wasn't in the game and years later when creation club released the X-02 i was so happy when i got the suit i almost cried wearing it again I'm glad today it's free for everyone
I hated the creation club for so long. Recently I purchased an xbox one x and wanted to do a trophy run. It was painful after playing with mods for so long. I broke down and purchased a few cosmetic items to lessen the sting. Now I own all the cosmetic items and I'm tempted to buy this. I'm such a hypocrite. Lol
Your not a hypocrite. Your just a changed man. Personaly I don't buy creation club items because I just don't do micro transactions. But in my opinion a good amount of the creation club is decent.
when i was a kid, i didnt have much money trying to buy new console, i remember when people were buying the ps3 i was still stuck with the ps2, my dad shell in a few expendable bucks on an nvidia geforce fx5500, long story short, that was my introduction to pc gaming, fast forward played skyrim, realized the 'modding' aspect of video games, having tasted the sweet nectar of untapped ultimate gaming freedom on the PC, looking at console and and its lack of moddability/custom patch or fixes kills me inside. i've been fighting myself to get a ps4, but looking at it, leaves a lot to be desire than a couple of console exclusives. God Bless pc.
@@nazirulsafwan6330 Personaly I've played on Xbox since I was eight and I absolutely love it. Though my advice to anyone who can is to get into pc gaming. As much as I hate to say it, pc is better. The only significant drawback is the much higher price for pc gaming.
It’s years later but I still say it needs a Faction Paint. I would LOVE a Minuteman or Brotherhood Paint for the X-02. The Hellfire has the Faction paints and it looks amazing
Yea like they could have had like the paint schematics of the enclave on one of the remnants like Hodges could have had it on her and then you could apply it to every armor.
Wastlander: oh cool pa Bos: evacuate the premises at once civilian this military issue x02 pa is now property of the brotherhood of stalin (*caugh) i mean steel, oh no its the fascist enclave (has massive shootout) Wastlander: hmm wonder who all these crazy people are going bout killing each other, oh well I'm gonna sneak off in this sick new pa and better turn the radio off so they don't get distracted....oh cool a black devil mod sweet ill either use this or bargine it off to get a date with magnolia hehe. Bos: now that thats handled.....initiate, where's the pa? Initiate: idk sire the wastlander must have run off with it. Bos: hold your position were turning the prydwen around and be in the commonwealth by sundown! And there you have it folks the real reason the bos arrived in Boston airport lol jk but hope somebody gets a laugh out of my story
@Skyros_42 Then they find the X-03... Paladin: Reporting for gear inspection. Scribe: Alright, sir. Just put your weapon on the table and exit your powe- .....wait, why is your armor's groin plate bent outward like that? Paladin: We found something shiny. Scribe: But sir, that doesn't explain why- Paladin: Mmmmmmmm...... so shiny... Scribe: ......your frame seems coated in some kind of substance. (Touches it) What the hell? Seems your hydraulics might have a ruptured seal or something. Paladin: .....or something...
This Bethesda club addition goes right in hand with the “Enclave encounters” mod where random patrols of enclave remnants are in the commonwealth even the glowing sea soldiers in black army fatigues with combat armor and x-01 power armor wearing soldiers in higher levels along with the fact enclave remnants are looking for x-02 power armor in the Bethesda club addition could make a good rp
I like how Todd Howard and Bethesda thought they were being clever, releasing new CC content while the Fallout 76 game was being demoed, in the hopes of eluding the judgement of Oxhorn. But no creation escapes the eyes of the Oxhorn. Oxhorn will relentlessly pursue Todd Howard and all Bethesda creations with an iron will, and his voice will shake the grounds as he screams “GET BACK HERE HOWARD! HOOOOOWAAAAAARRRRRDD! YOU CANNOT HIDE FROM MEEEEE! EVEN IF I MUST CHASE YOU TO THE ENDS OF THE EARTH, YOUR CREATIONS WILL BE JUUUUUDGED!”
Never played Fallout 1 or 2 but the Enclave just seems so damn cool that someone created mod with an actual oil rig base in the game for Xbox. I miss those days.
I dont know about the rest of you guys, but I actually liked this one. I spent money on it, and I wasn't disappointed by the final product. This is one of the only two creation club things that I liked.
@@guisasse because it's paid mods and people other than oxhorn shit on them non stop. Also it means people will cover this after 76 and maybe people will forget how bad it looks.
i would say the blind sheep are the ones who are buying an "Rpg" game without any real npcs and only boring radiant quests looll. But, the only "fallout" youtuber i subscribe to is oxhorn, so try again buddy. Jag vägrar att tala detta dumma språk, norska är det enda dumma språket jag accepterar
So I feel that this mod would be better at a cheaper price because there is already an amazing X-02 power armor mod on Xbox and PC. It comes with a great cryo modification as well as an amazing look to go with it. Sure the quest is pretty good but there are also quest mods for adding the Enclave into the commonwealth, including a huge one where you can rebuild the Enclave.
I like the Hellfire armor from Fallout 3. The Tesla armor is pretty cool, too, but I think what fits more of the Enclave's image more is the Hellfire armor.
This mission was so sad and bittersweet to me. So many innocent people tortured and killed by the Enclave over a suit of frickin power armor. The Enclave never fails to be completely debased and evil beyond comprehension. I know it's just a game, but I still felt the emotions of it all and I took unprecedented joy in eradicating those demons.
that would break most of the storyline. if the enclave won things like the NCR and legion wouldn't have been a thing. both factions played an important role in the lore of fallout. not to mention the enclave was facing the same problem as the brotherhood, going against too many enemies at once. making enemies doesn't Grant victory nor does it make sense. hell The enclave was willing to commit Mass genocide to achieve their goal of rebuilding America.
Heck yeah the Enclave is back............... You know i think Oxhorn should have used his Brotherhood Of Steel character instead of his Minutemen character
The bright screen glitch is actually a pretty common glitch that I have had in Fallout 4 and New Vegas, and it just 'happens' sometimes, so unfortunately, its nothing cool
If you give it the Onyx Paint job from the creation club, and give it the tesla upgrade, it is the exact same look and feel of Fallout 3's Tesla X--02 Advanced armor. The moved version of the X-02 is not way better by any means, as when even viewing the tesla upgrade, the visual breaks, and it's either stuck that way until you enter that armor, or the break results in a game crash. It's buggy as all Hell, and it's a bug the authors of the free mod never fixed. So I use both. The mod is the plain, in altered Advanced MKII, and the creation club variant I turn into the Tesla. I get one of each suit that way.
Me: I hope he does a lore video today! Oxhorn: hello everyone, today is another creation club video Me the next day: ok, it's gonna be different! Oxhorn: hello ladies and gentlemen, another creation club video today Me: why!
Guy who made the mod: I’m going to put the enclave into fallout 4 with new power armor? But it’ll cost you! 5 years later Todd puts it into an update making it official as well as free: it just works.
I know you liked the detailing on the unpainted Tesla version, but when it has the onyx paint the contrast between the piping and wiring and the shoulder pieces is really sweet looking.
