I think working on the Super C would be brilliant as you seem to be a logical and mechanically educated man, not a hillbilly grubbing for views as they butcher equipment. You're an asset to the Ag community and if it's something as simple as rebuilding an old C123 engine l honestly think people would watch and benefit.
I enjoyed this channel so much. Especially your knowledge of caseIH equipment. Thank you for taking us along your journey. I hope the best for you and your family.
Man, I get it... I've always loved your videos and learned a lot from your experiences as a fellow Pennsylvanian. Wishing you the very best in the future.
First time viewer. Your video popped into the top of my feed... crazy "IT" world. I grew up on a small family dairy farm in central MN. Left for medical reasons in my mid 20's. I love the feel of being on the land. Unfortunately governments around the world and unelected elites from WEF, UN, WHO, IMF, GAVI, etc have different plans for all us serfs. My hats' off the any small farms out their still able to survive. God help us all.....
Hate to hear that it's over. Hopefully there will be greener pastures ahead. Enjoyed your videos and your most excellent IH collection and information. Keep us all posted with how things go and what you are up to.
Thank you for the time and effort you have given to producing quality videos, they were definitely appreciated on this end. FYI, I have found inspiration for equipment and procedures that I adopted and benefited from. Will definitely miss you. Wishing the best of life for you and yours in the future. Hopefully I'll get a message that you have posted again some day.
I think I’ve only been part of the channel since 2019/20 but I’ve enjoyed the ride and thanks for taking us along. It been sad to see you rounding the farm up but unfortunately plenty of others are in the same boat. Plenty of channels have just stopped over night but thanks for taking us to the end (or maybe not🤔🙂) there’s a lot of interest on rebuild vids at the moment so give the rebuild a try. Glad your doing well in the new house and work👍👍
Good to hear from you! Glad you’re doing well. My experience is that my field work/harvest videos get a lot more views than shop/repair videos. I don’t care because I like making the shop videos. I hope you don’t put pressure on yourself to put out content. IMHO unless you’re a large channel pulling in a lot of revenue you should be doing this for your own enjoyment. Best wishes for your future endeavors, whatever they may be.
Thank you for the excellent content and your knowledge, hope to see more videos! My wife and I are trying to farm in eastern Pennsylvania but have to many land monopolizers, a nice way of saying it. Where in Pennsylvania are you located?
Ive watched most of your videos and learned a good bit about farming and equipment from them. They partially are what got me into starting small hay operation i have going on the side. I appreciate all the work put it. One man operations arent easy for sure. But thanks from the other side of PA.
I know I haven't followed and watched your videos for a long time, but the historical information was always super interesting. Good luck in the future. I always like watching videos of people fixing tractors and making good content. I used to be a mechanic, and I am always trying to pick up new tips and tricks.
Thank you, brother, for sharing your experience. Things got tough for our farm as well... sometimes it's a blessing in disguise ... GOD speed, my fellow farmer.. it's tough out there. We will be alright 👍.
I have truly enjoyed your content and hope that you continue in some way with a presence on RU-vid. Coming from East Tennessee, your farming methods were refreshing, educational, and provided insight as to what could be if we had a similar infrastructure. Good luck my friend, I wish you the very best in whatever you proceed with!
I just recently in the past year and a half discovered your channel. The content was top notch. Personally if you wanted to end the channel and move on that’s your prerogative; however, personally i would like to see the Super C get an overhaul and if you decide to start farming again. That would be a very welcomed thing doesn’t have to be at the scale that you did it but your knowledge and experience I think should be documented! I would like to here more on your farming experience plus what you do to the Super C I might be doing on my 130 so I will be following along!
Hey I enjoyed your videos in the past, but life does bring changes!!!! It won't be but a few short years and I'll have to quit farming myself because of age and health limits.
Good Luck in the future what ever you decide to do. Did enjoy your channel and your IH tractors and nice equipment. Sorry your farming venture didn’t work out.
Always enjoyed your videos. kept looking and wondering if youd had any new videos. understand life takes over. gotta keep doing what makes you happy. god bless
I was so inspired by your channel.... its sad to see your content gone... Im trying to build mine trying to get Dirt is my problem..... I miss the tractors the hay the great converse... maybe I can look it up
I've enjoyed your videos.....was sad when you quit haying but I understood....selling hay is not fun. Whatever you decide to do is up to you, I would enjoy a video series on rebuilding your Grandpa's Super C.... Thanks for the ride.
I'm going to miss your videos. I really enjoyed them. I would have loved to have bought your 685. I was hoping you were going to buy your own farm and continue farming.
I have been watching since you had started your channel, I had to make a new account after youtube or someone deleted all my videos. A video series of restoring old tractors would have viewership there is a guy doing that on his small farm. But thank you for sharing all the awesome content, all the best from Canada
My dad gave his Super C to my oldest brother when the dairy farm in S.E. Minnesota was sold in the spring of 1981. My dad bought it new after saving up cash by donating his rare type blood over a period of time. I was 14 when that farm was sold. I have rented polo barn storage on an old farm for almost 22 years. I’m not farming but I get to be on an old farm, dismantle, build and fix things and have an excuse to get out of the house.
Sorry that you're leaving RU-vid. You were one of the first channels I watched when I started watching RU-vid a few years ago. Always enjoyed your videos. Maybe you'll start up farming again and start making videos again. I hope so. Will miss you!
Really enjoyed all the videos interesting and informative all ways and you will be missed life change and people move on to new adventures I wish you and your family the very best of luck for the future take care 🙏 Thank you Antony
Sad to see you go. I loved the content, smaller farms can't seem to do much in todays world though unfortunately, can't ever seem to get traction and get comfortable.
Good luck to you on your future endeavors!!! I believe I started watching this channel in 2018. Your latest content was getting a little skimpy. But your earlier content was excellent! Especially when you were putting up daily videos. I especially liked the haying videos. Which is big part of part dairy farming even though I'm no longer doing any more sadly 😢 since my step dad sold the dairy cows in late may of 2022 in which I had little to no say in. I'm hope I can still start my own head someday. But anyway loved the red tractors. I don't know why I forgot to tell you this back in this channels hay day. But that since you were once employed at a Case Hi dealer. I have a second cousin that a Case Hi dealer that pretty well known in my area!! My great uncle his father started the ih dealership I really don't know when. But these days they sell case ih kubota cub cadet & h&s & probably more equipment. The dealership probably been around since at least the 1960s. Well if we don't here from you again for good or for worse. it been a good run!! & thanks for the content over the years!
Nice to see you back! Have you ever thought about starting at your dads place? I’d love to see some super c content. If you don’t mind me to ask did you move into town?
Sorry to hear that you had to quit, you had some ups and downs over the years but like all good farmers you kept pushing forward and doing the best job you could. Thanks for sharing all your valuable knowledge on Ih equipment . I wish all the best in the future to you and your family take care!
I've been watching you from almost day 1. It's been a journey. Wish you luck for future and hope you might get some content every now and then. You're right about the current RU-vid trend being "Shorts". The downside, is all the stupid scripted stuff that people put up. Seems like the shorts are more comic central.
Ik how it is ive sold all of my farm equipment all i have now is my loader tractor. Dont want to be stuck with a bunch of equipment and no land ill just have it custom baled not have to worry about it.
By golly, this is just an all around bad deal. Another farmer down. Hate to hear that. Best of luck to you and your family. You will be dearly missed. Take care sir!
You're not the first person who tried and simply collapsed with sheer exhaustion. There's one thing to remember about a farm. If your name's not on the deed to the place....assume nothing. As a result I'm glad that you didn't get overly committed to a leased farm because leased or rented it's a very unstable platform, especially when there's no damn money in it to begin with. Good luck.
Good day from Ontario. I did same thing , spent money on machinery, instead of land of property. Up here prices of land is crazy, machinery goes down in price. Thanks good luck.
