Hey so I tried out this whole quest. Got the broken spell fixed it. Everything in vanilla. Then I tried to cast it in the holy mountain for fun and the portal worked. I didn't have to look for the statues. Actually no matter where I cast it the portal opened up. After using the end of everything in the Vault I started a new run with cheat Gui to get the portal spell. I cast it in the mines entrance and it worked. Is this a bug or is there something wrong with my game?
I honestly thought, because of that teaser in the beginning, that the spell would literally destroy every pixel in the world and you would just fall forever
Practice you will get better. I would say most of my runs end in the hissi base. I almost never die in the mines or coal pits now. And I'm sure with practice, I could move that further.
I wonder what would happen if you used a repaired wand the repaired spell. There's a wand in the mechanical egg I wonder if there's anything special to that wand... so many idea who knows what's on the mind of the devs.
imagine in the game modes list there was like arena mode where people got random wands perks and flasks and fought in a random arena based on different areas of the game.
@@FuryForged They could do a split-screen that merges when you're close. :D PVP could be an arena that you actually need to get to somewhere in the world, where you can challenge a real player! Could be a side-room in the last Mountain to really test your run's loadout and have some chaotic fun...
@@squidbluie6813 that’s a pretty good idea. One idea I had is that a group of people get 3 minutes to go through the first cave area and after 3 minutes are up they get teleported to the Holy Mountain for a 30 second wand editing, heal, perk refresh then get teleported to an arena. After a few people die the remaining people have to go through the second cave and repeat the same cycle. And it goes to the very end until 2 people get teleported to fight in a random location that could be anywhere on the map. Edit: I’m not a time expert since I tend to rush through the game so my time suggestions are gonna be wonky
Since i had this spell unlocked, on a future run while going down I started seeing the labels and effects of the spell. I was very confused until i realized a mob had picked up a wand that spawned with that spell.
I do think it would be hilarious that upon casting the spell you just see "SALT" and the entire game world just becomes salt in a wave of destructive mineral capabilities
I'm sorry, I forgot to put a spoiler warning at the very beginning. I'm going to make sure I add one to every upcoming video, since I'm working on a BUNCH of videos that all showcase a different secret. They added a lot of them.
If you think you could have figured all of this out by yourself, that's impressive. Personally, I would probably never even assume that those statues are anything other than cosmetic.
@@Destragond I honestly was just trying to be funny, but a casual like me won't ever discover the secrets of Noita alone. But thanks for humbling me, it put perspective on how arrogant my comment sounded.
The thing i love most about noita is that its truly one of a kind game and that it has sooooo many mechanics and tricks and secrets. Litterally anything is possible in noita, at least it feels that way. One could tell me that you can enter the 4th dimension in the game by doing some weird stuff and I would not doubt it. Anything is plausible.
@@michasokoowski6651 and worms can and will appear randomly in the world and let me tell you even if you are playing for 1 second a worm can kill you and the odds are high
@@kanuan3677 The only area where worms are a high threat is hissi base, due to the narrow corridors... but in hissi base you have worse shit to worry about.
i actually found the end of everything spell a few days ago in the shop for only 150 gold.. i ended up not having any cause it was the start of the run so I couldn't buy it. thank you for showing this!
Just so you know, there is a second metal egg that you can find with the end of everything in it. You first destroy part of the tree to expose a doorway in the background, then cast portal spell there. It leads you to an egg that is not surrounded by lava.
@@FuryForged ah, i hadn't heard of it before, so i thought it was new. Also, what is the curse of greed challenge? Is it just the 'quest' that takes you to the end of everything? Edit: i did not know the beta branch even existed, sorry.
oh my god of gods! it's amazing. with every new combos and secrets i love this game more and more. it's hard to describe this pleasure when you're trying new things and suddenly discovering something mind-blowing, i never felt this so much in any other game. as always, great video, Fury!
I'm making videos on absolutely EVERYTHING. I've got 11 videos in the works right now and will be trying to get them out daily or as close to daily as possible (in the past, the Noita secrets videos I made took 3+ days...with one of them actually taking close to month to get all the footage for) I *might* be able to get them out daily since I've bulk-recorded footage of EVERY secret immediately upon finding them and I'm being less picky about getting "the perfect shot" for every frame of video, lol. But, yes, I'll be covering everything. Don't you worry about that. I'm working extremely hard right now.
@@FuryForged I see. Would be cool if by surviving it, you got the spell unlocked like the original secret spells. Also kinda sad that it doesn't do anything if you survive it
@@dusaprukiyathan1613 that's possible. They're still in the process of updating things/fine-tuning things and even sneaking in more content (they've added 2 new enemies, a new perk and even a new secret in the last 2 days under the guise of "bug fixes")
Just in case if your statues in jungle are destroyed like mine, you can just dig right up from essence of water room, it doesn't take long to get there and still allow you to get the spell.
I found the summon portal spell in a chest in a random run last night (super rare apparently?! Put the seed on the fandom Noita wiki) I decided to look up what the spell did, and then do the quest after seeing what it did (“If the game is giving me this spell that’s super rare to spawn naturally, It’s my obligation it do it’s quest”) Also came with the Bullet Spell, which ended up being my main damage source, and which I eventually used to fasion what was basically a very high damage assault rifle with smart bullets using Bloodlust and Short Range Homing. And I actually managed to get the quest done
yeah in the release notes it's said that a was "made worthier of its name", and was wondering which one could be (especially because I started the game recently and don't know much the secrets)
At the start there, with "The Salt", I thought it had turned the entire world to salt and left you stranded alone in a barren wasteland, unable to complete the game. It was a much cooler idea then "spin the wheel! wheee!"
i found this robotic egg from the outside, i just freezed all the lava (with the freezing gaze spell) and erased it with the giga black hole until i dig through all this lava and accidentally stumbled on this structure without even knowing about its existence, i was just exploring around after i defeated the boss on a final floor i survived this spell by constantly spamming a teleport spell in left and right directions, but unfortunately this spell destroyed the pillars of achievements
I just thought of this, but the as above so below thing is tied to a lot of artwork depicting Satan holding matching hand signs up and down (those hand signs kinda match the rocks) I wonder if there are rocks in hell we have to kick as well 🫣
That last note on the robotic egg, that the lava is eating away at the steel is scary. How long would that take? How long in the run were you when you got there? I'm afraid of jumping into the portal and just ending up in an ocean of lava because I'm slow
So, I recently returned to your channel(s), which is clear from my comments. And I watched the released videos. Therefore, initially it seemed to me (and I believe that not only to me)) that the video implies [The (Actual) End of "Everything" in Noita ].
Accidentally casting this spell is how I killed the best run with parallel worlds,10k hp and almost all good perks Same as here -- while polymorphed to sheep
Yeah, I think it's a bit buggy currently. People who saved and reloaded their save reported that the portal didn't work in the correct spot for them, so Nolla worked on it a bit and now it seems to trigger a stable portal in areas where it shouldn't.
If you think it looks different between this video and now, you should've seen the beginning of early access! It has always been a great game, from the start, but, wow, it had a fraction of the content it now does.
oh that's cool, I only joined around January of 2021 but what I meant was saying how the first time you look at something it looks much different that the 100th time you've looked at something, you start taking in different details now that you know the game much better
I don't know. We haven't heard anything about console ports yet, but I really hope they do. It is pretty processor intensive, so I'm not sure how the Switch would handle it, but it should definitely run on the newer-gen consoles.
i have a few interesting questions... 1: how much chaos would happen if you took a wand with an E X T R E M E L Y high mana ammount, obtained the infinite spells perk and tried to cast it multiple times? (and if it dosent work, what about sitting next to a spell refresh) 2: what happens if you cast the spell and then triggered the work soon after? i would imagine the spell stops and nothing interesting happens because it would remove all of the brickwork that turns into gold after the ending, but no reason to not try. 3: how much time does one have to complete the quest seeing as the steel is being melted slowly?
when the Armageddon spell delete all your save data, the game and your ability to install it again. you know the true horror of the end of everything...
Before I watch this video, did you discover this stuff on-stream? I'm still slowly working my way through the 14 hours or so of gameplay footage you uploaded so far, and I'd rather watch you uncover this organically if that's something you actually recorded.
I encountered a big solid black tablet in the coal pits that was buried that had gold text on it, and it had a glowing spot right above it.. I wasn't sure what to do with this tablet as I didn't know how to interact with it. Is this something you are already aware of?
Yeah, I’ll have a video on that and a few other things soon. I’m trying to get videos out as close to daily as possible on all the secrets. The next one will be tomorrow however.
It’s the only sustainable way to farm Great Treasure Chests, which can contain powerful wands with rare spells, large health increases, rare items like Water Stones, and extremely rare materials you can’t get anywhere else.
