#monsterverse #godzilla #godzillavskong #kong #monarch #movie #movies #kingofthemonsters MonsterVerse Secrets episode 3 let's dive in and see why the MonsterVerse is the next big thing literally ❤😁
I wouldn't say the Monsterverse is dominating the mcu yet (box office wise) BUT if they keep developing the Monsterverse and release more movies I can definitely see it surpassing the MCU
This is exactly what i think. If monsterverse expand which they litteraly doing now. They will surpass mcu in 5- to 10 years. We already know this as new content creators are talking about gxk
Because the Monsterverse movies are actually good, made with heart-and-soul, and they treat the title characters with respect. Oh, and there's no wokeness.
@bienG6745 No. Protecting the environment should be a priority for everyone, regardless of where you stand politically. Either way, it doesn't beat you over the head with those types of messages. A movie is only "woke" when it beats you over the head with social justice politics
Mosterverse is doing a far superior job of being consistent without the diarrhea of garbage that Marvel is putting out lately. I'm happy with the show so far and glad they haven't pushed agenda BS into it. I was hesitant about the show because AppleTV really screwed up the Foundation series and put so much agenda into it that it ruined it for me and I was a fan of the Foundation books for 35 years when the show came out. The show has Chris Black from X-Files heavily involved and I can see that in the storytelling, pacing and how they release the clues. Definitely looking forward to the next episode.
They cannot push aganda in Godzilla. Because of what he represents. The atom bomb. Their agenda would be conneted to the atom bomb, as the activists . So they would shot themselves ito the foot if they even tried.
The MonsterVerse absolutely has messaging. KSI does Vietnam War commentary “the enemy doesn’t exist until you go looking for one” and most of the films consistently push an environmental message, which is appropriate for Godzilla as a character. None of this is a criticism though. It all makes the MonsterVerse great
The Monsterverse are the perfect definition of 'less is more'. In 9 years, they have basically given us a movie every 2-3 years on average, as well as ONE TV show. And I think a movie every 2 years is actually a good pacing, because it means it won't be oversaturated with content and will have an easy to follow storyline Also it won't really have the same problem of actors aging etc, as its main attraction are computer generated monsters, the human cast are largely 'replaceable' so to speak and if one actor isn't available or passes away they can easily just create a new character. I'd liken these movies more to the Avatar than the MCU franchise if I'm honest as they both push an environmental message, however just like Avatar 3 supposedly will, the Monsterverse has to switch it up a bit as a constant theme of humans vs nature will eventually get stale. So the idea of an evil monster tribe is fitting for "The New Empire" and perhaps in the following film we can switch it back to a proper human antagonist with Mecha King Ghidorah as the main villain.
Its starting to attract more people. If you noticed more content creators are starting to talk about the monsterverse about the godzilla x kong new movie. Which is what will make it surpass marvel soon
Excellent review-Cannot watch the latest Marvels movie, do not need to see men being cast aside, when the source material was all male dominated characters. That fool who is the flash lost it for me. Captain Marval was always a man. Next "The Thing" will be a transgender thing. MCU-AKA Disney has lost all creditability, and Walt is turning over in his grave. Monster Verse is doing things correctly, and according to one report is 2nd in ALL Watched TV series period. Plus, can you imagine a homosexual Godzilla, really?
The only female character in the Monsterverse is Mothra. Humans don't matter except as spectators and audience representation. I've seen every Monsterverse movie in theaters (King of the Monsters in 4D was unbelievable) and I don't remember a single humans name. They're not the reason I'm watching. They're like the humans in the Transformers movies, they don't matter. I call them by the actors names because I remember John Goodman and Sam Jackson and that guy who looks like a dollar store Ken from Godzilla Versus Kong and Ken Watanabi. There's no set human characters to screw up. You're intentionally comparing apples and oranges and complaining about how neither one is spicy. You want a Kaiju franchise with real characters? It's called Pacific Rim.
@@Godzilla-tu2cd Again, comparing Titans to actresses. Brie Larson is even in both but in one she's a character and the other she's a lull between monster fights. There are no monster "characters" in the same way there can be human ones. It's like giving motivation to a hurricane and saying it's being rude.
The only thing that the Monsterverse has better than the MCU, is that it is not as woke. But come on, it's still crap. Of course I am not counting the Japanese movies like Shin Godzilla and Minus One to be part of the monsterverse. Minus One and Shin Godzilla are great movies but not part of the Monsterverse.
true but toho still see profit in the monsterverse and are still involved with it , plus it was orginally tohos plan to make 3 westen godzilla in 1995 but we got 1998 . the monsterverse has made it come true and then some @@tonylester6820
