1980s “After receiving honors, Alan F. Peterson chose to go to Harvard after the fiasco to continue studying quantum physics. Three weeks after graduating with the highest GPA, the agency once again offered to recruit him. He now works full time in technological development, alongside enjoying a close relationship with Sarah”
1970's: "He was accepted to Harvard; over time he watched his soul deteriorate, and explored the philosophical connotations of his existence, and his grudge with the world.
Post credit scene: Same guy who got away is robbing a bank then looks at the camera and says "Yall didn't think I was gonna stop right!?" Music continues..
The background music is ‘93 Til Infinity by Souls of Mischief! Literally one of my favorite songs. So cool to hear one of your favorite songs in the wild.
Tru dat growing up in the 2000s made me think that there is gonna be a bunch of sequels in the future and now I just never think there will ever be a sequel to any movie other than movies based on a book series
Not really, the plot came to a conclusion with one person getting arrested and the other getting away scot free. There's no direction to take a sequel after that, it would just be forced
It’s funny how the credits say in Spanish: The hero, the villain, the girl, the dude, the other bad guy, the ghost, the vampire, the fat dude, the skinny dude, that other character (literally)... and so on 😂👌🏻
Was there ever a movie that used 93 til infinity like this? For some reason in my head it was always the perfect ending track and I always played it on the last day of any job, school year, apartment I was living in etc. Hearing it used like this threw me for a loop, but now I'm wondering if I just subconsciously picked it up being used like that somewhere
John: *walks off into the distance* Narrator: " 6 months later John was shot and killed in a altercation outside a club, leaving behind his 3 kids and girlfriend.."
The other friend calling him "kid" is so accurate. You don't know the amount of movies I've heard this from. Edit: *What the heck is going on with these replies?*
Dude that was spot on. I was literally waiting for that part where the camera starts going further and further up and shows us the view of the scene from above
"And I guess that's it. The story of how I dunked on the human. Who would have guessed that a lazy skeleton like me would come all the way to this judgement hall and fight them? Oh well, that's not important now. See you on the flip side!" - Sans, at the end of a 2000s highschool movie
@@Nate-wf5hk Ironic how The Batman actually had a final monologue with the character iterating what they learned as we see how they progressed in the story over some song.
😂 SAME! Making me all nostalgic over two different characters that don’t even exist played by the same dude lol. That’s how you can tell this someone’s a great actor. This guy is going places.
Only OGs know the instrumental in the background... Also 15 years later when the main protagonist has a family, he gets a call “we gonna need you back on the frontline”

Cutting to various shots of characters dancing throughout the credits and it’s kind of unclear whether this is supposed to be a scripted thing the characters are doing or just footage of the actors goofing around on-set
