Basically: It might work very well if both are mature and are able to ground themselves and use their inferior functions effectively. #But if they're not: One person HAS to step into the "adult" or "SJ" light to maintain balance, which is against our natural nature. This might leave you very frustrated if you're that person. Turbulent or immature ENFPs might bring out this side of the other. Always being the one who's like, "Okay enough fun, we have work to do." can be exhausting. Also, insatiability and constantly chasing highs (dopamine spikes) which is common in ENFPs, gets doubled with another ENFP. It leaves us lacking structure and predictability, and we stray away from our actual purpose. We may feel unfulfilled in some way. They can be the opposite of a calm and grounding person to you. It's best to avoid this dynamic if you're turbulent and have some trauma healing or shadow work to do, lack a sound mental health, have an insecure attachment style or ADHD for that matter. Personal opinion: I felt like I was losing myself the more I loved my partner who was also an ENFP. We got so tangled into each other's wonderland that we forgot about our own inner worlds. We quickly lost that spark and wonder because our attraction was actually based on times when we were troubleshooting or doing something a little structured and SJ-ish. Of course similar traits are fun and we feel like we belong. Being friends with an ENFP can be very fulfilling. But... "Opposites attract" is a real thing. A balance is very important to maintain a stable sense of self alongside our relationship.
I'm also ENFP and I'm guessing there is no deal about types compatibility. An example - my last relationship was with INFJ and I had before possibility to build relationship with INTJ. It's a perfect types for ENFP, buuut INTJ really attractive from the first time and until they somehow neglect our emotional side. They can help us to structure life, be well disciplined and make us curious to explore them like this attraction of polarity. It can work also too, but in this communication I felt lack of empathy (not only for me, others too), and I didn't like it. This guy looked very responsible and cold in the same time. About ex INFJ - much better in emotional side, he had unicorns in right dosage, can understand better and bring the most wonderful emotions ever. I wanted to take care about him and it everytime was super funny communication, but he preferred to stay home all the time, was hurted if I spend time without him and I felt somehow like in the cage. After him I clearly understood what I want and what I don't want and meet INFP and after only ENFP's for dating. And I can straighly tell - it's something unbelievable nice. Also romantic and curious about them, because this men - woman polarity create this curiosity! Plus, they are dreamers too and with them it's really easy to planning the craziest ideas, to understand what can hurt them and how take care about them. Overloving communication and I like this warming up feelings. The most important in this couple I think - to be mature as a person, who had before meet their half well organised life
I am an enfp and I think the best type for me would be another enfp and I prefer them more than infjs and intjs because intjs don't care about feelings, so I can't be with someone for entire lifetime who will not care about my feelings and I prefer not to be with them because I have found that they are nice people but they are too stubborn and there are a few qualities in them which would be a problem for me to be in a romantic relationship with them, it can work but I don't prefer it , for me another enfp will be the best
I agree , another enfp would be ideal. I want to laugh and have fun, the other types especially intjs are just life sucking , cold , like walking death .

Fe: is Nietsczien slave morality. It punishes valid criticism and rewards mediocrity. The morality of the herd. It's PC cancel culture. People strong in Fi, will tend towards master moralism. Yeah, I think similar types are a no go-they lack the polarity that creates chemistry. I would never date another INTJ as an example. My ex fiance, an ENFP, was married to an INFP for five years before she met me. Again, their relationship just sizzled out into a sexless friendship. Also, INTJ is a very masculine type, INFP is very feminine: so a male INTJ and female INFP attract. For most relationships: there NEEDS to be that sexual polarity. It's why TJs and FPs are drawn to each other. It's also why female INTJs and male INFPs have it slightly harder in the dating market. It just makes it harder to get that polarity. A very masculine guy for example, isn't going to be attracted to a masculine women. I'm sure that'll trigger someone, but I'm INTJ. I don't give a fu*k about your feelings. And whenever Fe comes to town: I hack it down with my Te-Fi axe.
Hey i am intj and i understand so much your point about the masculine and feminine energy across the types. Men should be dominant or masculine otherwise women will lose attraction because their natural instincts is to have someone protecting them. So intj female + enfp or any xxfx will struggle. Intj female which has a masculine energy shoul look for another type that is masculine. Same to us men we don't what woman that is dominant to us or masculine. We want a feminine woman for me as intj i like women who are xxfx or xnfp specifically.

I don't think that INTJ is a very masculine type. I think an INTJ can be pretty masculine in some ways. A guy on RU-vid has a theory about this, and he said that ESTJ is the most masculine type and that INTJ is number 12. I will say that I'm an INTP, and I don't believe INTJ women have the kind of polarity I want.
Rn I (enfp) am in a relationship for just 3 weeks with another enfp. I am an ENFP who is currently dating a second ENFP in a row after NEVER dating one. The first was pretty toxic.. truthfully, he 14yrs my junior and I feel like he simply hasn’t done the work to evolve as he needs to.. I broke it off after a year and a half and we are still attempting to remain friends. I just recently started dating this ENFP.. he is my own age 😂… but in reality, he is just SO much more evolved and mature… tho, holy cow… you wanna rage spring break like you’re in your 20’s even tho you’re staring down the nose of 50? Spend it with an ENFP who happens to be an 8th grade History teacher letting loose for a week 🎉😅 Either way…. This should prove to be fun while it lasts… however long that may be.
Stay away from INFJ-T we are exactly opposite mentally so you are a 🦄 while I am 🦏 and women don't want anything to do with putting effort into a man these days yet the rewards for constant challenges would be a consciousness that is extremely mature and the energy flow would allow materialize things directly from thoughts
