I think the most reasonable thing for Chelsea to do is to sit down with the players affected by Enzo‘s chants and to talk to them and ask them how to make this right. I think it's important to make the distinction because you can't actually see for sure who anyone singing it other than Enzo is, whereas the first song shows a lot of players singing it

Being from latin América, i can tell you, argentinians are generally racist, they are pretty proud of being blonde/white and "purely" of european (italiano, german, nordic) ascendence, when it comes to football, fans usually chant against other latín American countries with insults about being darker skinned or coming from mixed races ascendence.
